"Paul has been my running coach for years. When I first started, I had terrible form. I couldn’t run a quarter mile without getting winded. Not to mention, I had aches and pains I had no idea how to work through. Because of his extensive USMC training, Paul was able to train me through better form, improvement in foot/arm placement, breathing techniques and building my mental strength to complete my first 5k. After the 5k, I was extremely motivated and Paul pushed me to complete a 10k then finally the Tough Mudder. It’s amazing what the body can do with proper support and coaching. Not to mention my aches and pains went away, I dropped excess body fat from improving my distance and most importantly I learned how to eat to perform instead of eating because “I feel like I have to.” Understanding customized caloric intake and macro placement was beyond beneficial and directly affected my workouts. My lifestyle is completely different now and I wouldn’t be where I am today without Paul."
