"I wish I could give more than 5 stars to CH Professional Catering. I cannot say enough great things about Jason and his team, but I will gladly share some of my experiences. First, the hiring process was so easy. I spoke with a number of caterers who weren't able to fulfill my needs in terms of food or alcoholic beverages-Jason met all of our needs and was so nice (much nicer than anyone else I spoke with). From the beginning he was completely low stress and laid-back, while still exuding confidence, skill, and professionalism. I knew I was in good hands from the first call. Second, the tasting was amazing. Jason made it a fun and festive event. He came out to cook for us (me, my MIL, and two family members who were planning the wedding) at one of our homes and made our top choices from scratch while we watched. He then served them to us, and cleaned up. We didn't want to let him and his assistant leave! The food was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented and completely sold us. Jason also was sweet enough to package portions of everything to go so my fiance and I could taste everything together that night when we got home. After everything was said and done, he sat down with us to answer questions and map out the event, including offering suggestions about food and side pairings. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that I had all of my questions answered. I was so impressed. His policies were great and his prices will blow your mind. His assistant (I think her name was Amy? She was also fabulous!) dealt with linens and organizational details. She was knowledgeable, professional, and fun. Then, when it came time for the wedding, Jason didn't disappoint. The food was everything that I hoped and more. He was there to mastermind the whole event, and was so sweet to me the day of. His entire team is great. They even made sure that I had time to eat--no mean task when dealing with a bride at her wedding reception! We received so many compliments about the food (and about Jason personally), and I continue to hear good things from our guests more than a week later. We loved our experience with CH Professional Catering and would recommend Jason and his team for any event. In fact, we are trying to come up with an excuse to host another family gather because I am craving more of Jason's stuffed shells and my husband is dreaming about the steak! Thank you, Jason!"
