Jill taught me that cooking from scratch was very easy and so much more rewarding than pre-packaged food. I was very interested in homemade sauces and dressings. She taught me the basics and showed me how to elaborate. I made Eggs Benedict with a hollandaise sauce that was out of this world. We also made from scratch an enchilada sauce. I highly recommend Jill. She is very passionate about her work and a very skilled chef.

Sue is an excellent chef and cook. When she caters an event she is professional and friendly. The pizza's we order for our garlic harvest crew are always excellent and careful attention is paid to ingredients (which I am pretty picky about). Sue is also adaptable. I know when I first knew her she sometimes used ingredients I was not very interested in but she has gleaned so much experience cooking at co-ops and local and organic food restaurants, that she knows how to cook with everything our local foodshed has to offer.
Daniel provided an in home, 6 course gourmet dinner for a birthday celebration. The food was outstanding, as were the wine pairings I requested for three of the courses. Our server was attentive, and both she and Daniel were delightful to engage converstionally. We will be using Daniel again and recommending him to friends and family.
I am an avid home chef specializing in Korean cuisine (galbi, jab chae, bi bim bab, etc.) but also enjoy cooking and eating Italian, Tex-Mex, American, Indian, and Thai, among other cuisines. I like to use fresh, local, and in-season produce when possible. I make simple dishes with lots of flavor!

Hello and welcome to The Majestic Chef. It is nice to see that you have made your way here to The Majestic Chef. Not many people today do know what a personal chef is and in turn would never consider hiring one. By definition a personal chef is a person who works with you directly to create meals you can either have made in bulk and stored for later eating, or comes in to your home, once twice or how ever many times in a week to make your meals there for you when you get home or before you leave for work in the morning. Nowadays, a personal chef is more than just a chef who makes your day-to-day meals or provides one to two meals a week. They have evolved in to a more broader group to provide for the many nitches of chefs and provide for the different groups whether it is a need to learn how to cook or to provide a wide range of catering and culinary services for their customers. What we do here at The Majestic Chef PCS is that we actually offer a wide variety of services, specializing in Halal home cooking and catering with an artistic flare as well athletic-based food planning. Ranging from in-home day to day meals, full-service catering, to health-related dietary needs such as allergies, sensitivities and religious requirements.
Amanda catered a weekend "girls getaway" for myself and 4 other ladies. As we waited for everyone to arrive, we were served unlimited "Salty Dogs", a refreshing lemonade based cocktail, along with chips, homemade bean dip, and guacamole. Cocktails and appetizers were followed by a dinner of spicy pork stew served over southwestern waffles with the "fixins" guac, salsa and sour cream. On the next evening we were served a dinner of marinated and grilled salmon and pineapple with parmesan asparagus. The second night after dinner, we visited the local bars for drinks and when we returned, we had an "after the bar" snack of Nachos. This snack reused some of the same menu items from the previous days meals.(Smart planning!) Before leaving on Sunday, we were served a southwestern brunch with baked eggs and fresh fruit. There were desserts with the meals and the food was all delicious. We were sent on out way with leftovers too. The whole weekend was very relaxing and enjoyable with Mandy taking care of the food for us. Mandy is a very calm and organized planner and a wonderful cook and baker. Also, she is very easy to work with and dependable. I would recommend her services to anyone who has a party or get together coming up or even just for a night off of cooking. You will be able to relax and enjoy your guests and leave the food prep to her. I promise you will not be disappointed!
I cook for people who are in need; disabled and people who don't have time to cook for themselves or family. Whatever dish you pick, you have to provide the food, and I come and cook.

I do in home classes for groups of 1 -10 people. I can do one-on-one instruction for learning the proper cooking techniques in the kitchen. I also do instruction to small gatherings in your home with you and your guest in a relaxing environment. This can be a Chef demonstration only or a group participation where everyone that is willing will help prepare the meals.
