Terrie's crew came out and cleaned my parent's house a day before my dad went in for carotid artery surgery. They watch my nieces five days a week and were expecting company from out of town for a family reunion. My mother has used several cleaning companies in the past and has never been satisfied. She had nothing but glowing remarks about Terrie's crew. They were professional and courteous. They were extremely thorough and did a fantastic job. It was an extremely stressful time for everyone and they took a lot of pressure off of everyone. We are planning to use National Dusters again - probably on a more regular basis. Wes and Jeremiah were wonderful to work with! I highly recommend them. I needed help with unpacking after a very disorganized. I downsized from a very full 4500 sq. ft. home to a 1000 sq. ft. home. My finished basement and my entire two stall garage were full of boxes and "stuff." I was ashamed with the mess I was in. I was embarrassed and overwhelmed both emotionally & physically because I had so much "stuff" and no place to put anything. I have health conditions that prevented me from doing much of the physical work myself. When Jeremiah and Wes arrived and saw what I needed them to do, I could see they were a little overwhelmed too. However, they reassured me they were there to help in any way they could. They immediately dug in and went to work. They had to many carry boxes from the garage to the basement and from the basement to the garage and help me sort and unpack items. They knocked down all the boxes and placed them at the end of my driveway for the trash hauler. They even took some of my items to the goodwill for me. It was exhausting work that took several days. They were focused and worked very hard. They are a great team. Thank you for your help Wes and Jeremiah.
I've hired different moving companies throughout the years. These guys are at the top of the list, for sure. Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently (no padding the clock) treated my belongings with care and finished the job a few minutes before estimated. I'd hire them again in a second! I hired Sandie at Organize It MN to help me unravel the mess that was my master closet. It's a good sized space but in complete shambles. By the time we were done it was absolutely beautiful. In fact, I brought my friends into my closet and we drank a glass of champagne to celebrate the beautiful space.
