Fantastic! I've been taking Jessica's yoga classes right out of my home for the past few months and I feel transformed! The home-based yoga training is perfect for my busy lifestyle, plus I get the personal attention that is seriously lacking in those gym classes. Jessica provides clear instructions and is patient & understanding with questions. It is obvious she loves what she does! Dump the gym membership---get Strong & Skinny!
Poppy is totally warm and welcoming and sweet. I met with her when I had never done yoga before and was considering private lessons. She even taught me some basic yoga breathing. I couldn’t afford private lessons in the end, but anyone whose business hires her is very lucky! She also offers some type of recharging/recentering/energy work session (I don’t remember how to describe it) but I was very interested and still may do it in the future. I don’t even want to pay for full price yoga classes so I should expect not to be able to afford private classes. But I am sure the classes for businesses are well worth it!
I have been attending yoga classes led by Kamie for the past 5 years and I am so impressed with her skills! Not only is she an excellent yoga instructor, she is very knowledgeable about how yoga impacts one physically as well as emotionally. Her knowledge about the human body and how to use yoga to improve one's physical well-being is amazing! She has continually attended trainings to improve her yoga practice and brings that new learning to her classes. I highly recommend the Synergize Yoga in Anoka studio as all of Kamie's instructors are highly qualified.
I was somewhat new to the art of Yoga when I began attending Martha's classes. Practicing Yoga with Martha was everything that I had hoped Yoga would be. Martha's voice is calming and nurturing and brings a feeling of peace throughout the class session. Martha reminds us to go at a pace that is comfortable for each individual and feels right for our bodies. Attending her classes helps me to forget the world around me and to focus on myself and find peace. I find Martha's class sessions to be a perfect balance of gentle calming stretches through a smooth progression between poses. Not only do I plan to return to Martha's Yoga classes as often as I am able, but I would highly recommend her to others looking for a perfectly balanced Yoga experience!:)
So excited for ongoing weekly yoga classes with Doris! She offered the first lesson free and it was AMAZING. Her routine struck a great balance between strength and stretching, with a wonderful guided meditation at the end. Doris arrived right on time, complete with an essential oil diffuser, customized playlist, and fun personality! I whole-heartedly recommend Yoga for Everyone (but not on Wednesday evenings; she's mine then!!).
I have attended Mary's restorative yoga class for several weeks. Her class has been great for me to learn the benefits of this type of yoga. She has been an awesome and supportive instructor that is all inclusive. I would reccomend Mary and all of her classes to anyone! Kara- Crysal, MN

It is hard to describe how much I appreciate what Jenna gave me during the yoga classes in Tuscany this summer. I had met many inspiring yoga teachers but this was the first time I felt someone has such a gift for transmitting self-love and helping you find peace with yourself as well. And all this in addition to the dynamic and energetic vinyasa flows tailored to the needs of those attending the class, and crowned with her unique and excellent choice of music for yoga... I was/am going through some difficult moments in my life, so I can say without exaggeration that she gave me something I can hold on to and that keeps me going.. since then I practice yoga daily and am also considering becoming a yoga teacher one day...Namaste
Beginners Vinyasa Yoga. Paris has a very calming and soothing voice that makes each of the instructional moves and breaths very therapeutic and cathartic. She artistically integrates the moves so that it flows and each move compliments and/or builds off the other. Her pacing is perfect and if you have a difficult time keeping up she welcomes,comforts and continuously gently reminds you to move at your own pace and rest in child's pose if needed. She's good at spotting when a person needs a readjustment for positions. The 'all is as is' mantra and meditation in dead man's pose at the end is freakin' brilliant. Very fair pricing! Good job Paris!!
I took Alex's C1 class at Core Power Minnetonka one evening after teaching a yoga class myself and thoroughly enjoyed it! She provided excellent cues and gave wonderful hands on adjustments. Alex is passionate about providing her students with a positive experience by providing a safe and welcoming environment for students to learn and grow in their yoga practices.
I was looking for a yoga instructor to help me learn poses as I want to attend a Bikram class (for the first time) in the next couple of weeks. Josh is an excellent instructor. He is thorough and patient and provides guidance and instruction in a positive and calming manner. Not only did Josh, go through all of the poses, he also came to my work place to do so, so it was convenient for me. Josh also offered to go with me to my first class so that I would have a familiar face and make the experience of a Bikram class a fun one. Looking forward to the first Bikram class and other yoga lessons/instruction with Josh. Thanks Josh!!!
I would highly recommend Kristie for personal yoga instruction. I was nervous about getting back into yoga after a while and with a weird foot injury, but she was extremely patient and understanding. She started out asking about any injuries and made sure to point out the poses where I may want to adjust due to my foot. She was also great about giving a couple of different options when I felt like things were too hard or too easy, and she made hands on corrections without pushing me too far. She will definitely be able to adjust her flows to your needs and all levels!
Danielle was amazing. She made us feel comfortable immediately. Very patient and helpful with "the newbies!"

After receiving my yoga alliance certification in 2012, I continued my studies and earned my nutrition coaching certificate the following summer. I began my teaching career with an internship at Caron Chiropractic Clinic, and since then I have been teaching at a number of reputable establishments including the YWCA, Jewish Community Center, and the St. Paul Athletic Club. Last summer, I also had the great opportunity to work with Fitness in the Parks. I have developed a strong following of wonderful yogis, and I would be honored to lead private and semi-private lessons in the comfort of your home.
