Thomas was the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. Ever since I started my fitness journey I had struggled with finding someone who fit my needs while also pushing me to the brink. This is what Thomas, or Thom as I like to call him, does. He is so patient and motivating while also introducing new machines I have yet to utilize. Definitely choose Thomas as your personal trainer if you’re still deciding!!! You will not be disappointed!

I have done some weight lifting here and there throughout my life, but I never know what exercises to pair with what. Thomas explained everything I was doing and made me feel incredibly comfortable. He will push you to get stronger and to not give up. For me that is huge! By far the best arm workout I've done. I definitely recommend Thomas to anyone looking to enhance their weight lifting and cardio workouts.

Working with Thomas was great. I am very beginner at working out and he was very understanding of that. He showed me how to use different machines and came up with a great workout plan for me. 10/10 would recommend.

Thomas Maul was able to give me a comprehensive personal training plan. I have struggled my entire life with finding exercise and balance that is perfect for me and my body type. Thomas tailored a fitness program that has made me feel stronger, healthier, and in a way happier than ever before. We have talked a lot about that sometimes the hardest part of going to the gym is mentally getting yourself to go, so if you struggle with that he can help! At least it helped for me. I usually don’t write these reviews, but I was especially impressed with my results that Thomas helped produce.

    Lower Multi-Session Rates are available. There are no additional gym membership fees for In-Person Training.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Perform a free, non-binding consultation to talk about your goals and motivations. During that consultation I'll develop a loose plan and explain the best ways to tailor your training to your specific goals and specific lifestyle. After the consultation I'll develop and send you a much more detailed plan for your training and we can move forward from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine
