There is a reason why everybody trusts Arbor Tutors. I had to take the GRE after having taken the exam a couple of times before. Arbor hooked me up with a team of Tutors who were able to help assess my gaps and arrange a game plan so that I could be more effective the next time I took the exam.

Ben is tutoring our 6th and 7th graders. It was extremely easy to get our tutoring sessions scheduled-we were able to find a convenient day and time within a few days. Ben has been very accommodating and our kids have been really happy with the sessions. They feel they have been better prepared for their tests. We have been impressed and plan to continue until the end of the school year. Thanks to Higher Mark Tutors!

I found Jon via Craigslist, but do not let that deter you. Right from the start he was timely in communicating with me, setting up a fare rate for tutoring services and always flexible with scheduling. As an individual who recognizes academia is not my area of expertise, Jon never made me feel that way. He is able to break down complex concepts to simple ideas that helped me to learn and retain information. I am very happy with the progress I have made (I got an A in my class!) and with how this tutoring experience has developed my capacities beyond the scope of the class. I am able to say this because I had 2 other tutors and did not have the academic and personal success as I did after working with Jon. I encourage you to reach out to Jon today.

English isn't my first language. Even though I've learned English in school. I really finally learned English through everyday conversation by putting words into context. So when I decided I wanna learn Spanish, I wanted to find a tutor who can help me do the same. And I found Mark. I had zero exposure to Spanish. Mark really helped me get familiar with the language. He tailored the classes to exactly what I need. Every session he teaches me enough so that I can make a progress, but not too much to overwhelm me. He incorporates songs and pictures to help me remember as well. He is phenomenal.

Marcela is a wonderful person and teacher . She has taken me from zero Spanish speaking skills to a solid foundation that we are building on now . She cares a great deal about what she does and it shows . Her class has been fun , challenging yet easy and rewarding . I have no doubt that I will exit her class with the language skills I have wanted to have for communicating with Spanish speaking Family , customers and travel to other countries . I would highly recommend her classes to anyone. Scott

Laura has been working with us this past school year and the results have been great! She is an excellent tutor who is able to break down concepts, displays patience with the student and reinforces in our son his ability to comprehend math. If you are looking for someone who will give you personal professional tutoring, she is a great choice!

Translation Perfecti was able to translate accurately very complex Legal and Medical terminology of our Clinical trial. TP provided professional services, in a timely fashion. TP was also available to answer our Cultural questions. I highly recommend TP Translation and Interpretation services.

Lots of writing experience, formal education through 1 year of graduate school at University of Iowa Playwriting Workshop; BA from University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, English and the Humanities with emphasis on Creative Writing. Last year I edited the thesis of a 2013 graduate of Hamline University, who received an MFA in Creative Nonfiction. I'm an avid reader, I love The New Yorker and am able to work especially with teens, as I love my nieces and the time we spend together at school functions, mostly performances of plays and poetry slams, also Poetry Out Loud competitions. Striving to avoid intimidation, in tutoring, I'm learning so much myself. And excited to find work that's this rewarding!

I distinguish myself from other writing professionals by my approach, enthusiasm, and commitment to my clients. What are your professional ambitions? What are your specific communication challenges at work? How can I best help you to accomplish your goals? I believe it is important to understand my clients and support them in achieving their very best.

I am passionate about reading, writing, math and science. I love creative ways of teaching and enjoy helping others in this area. I take a deep, personal interest in ensuring success and do not give up until my candidate/student starts to enjoy these subjects.

I will tutor anyone who is having difficulty with any middle school or high school math subject. I have a double major in math and chemistry and had been teaching for many years. I am retired, but I want to continue to help students. - Charles Loveless

Hello, my name is Juan. I am a recent graduate from the city college. I am knowledgeable on the fields of math, Spanish, hist, and econ. And test prep. I have gained a great amount of experience as working with kids through out my years at the Lego store and hopefully I can help your child succeed in school.

I am a student at Hamline University entering my junior year. I am studying chemistry and secondary education to become a high school chemistry teacher. I have had five years of experience in tutoring students ranging from third grade up to freshman in college in math, reading and science. I am able to help students without giving them the answer and make them think critically about the process they are working through. This critical thinking will be able to be applied in students' future education and occupations.

I am an educational tutor and substitute teacher. I am a Certified Science Teacher (5-9). I am currently teaching multilevel science classes. I can chaperon for field trips and school outings for 5 events per year. I helped manage rehearsals for 4-plus school musicals.
