They offer knowledge, wisdom and expertise regarding fitness and nutrition. They provide priceless encouragement and endless accountability to help keep you on track and the workouts are never the same. There are nutrition seminars to help you tackle the nutrition battle, specialized fitness seminars that equip you to be successful on your own, frequent fitness tips that offer a new twist to a workout, and plenty of motivation along the way. I have far exceeded my weight loss and fitness goals and am getting stronger and faster as I get older. That would not be happening on my own. My experience with Cassie has been wonderful. She provides a holistic, personalized solution based on YOUR goals. I've worked with other trainers in the past that only provide a weights routine. But you need more than that to really see and feel results. Cassie provides education on nutrition, meal planning, foods, and workouts, (weights and cardio). She's also very personable and motivating. If you listen and follow her plan, you will see results (and others will also notice ;-) ) I would recommend Cassie to anyone, regardless of fitness level. She has a plan to help you, but you have to put in the work!
