I have had Jocey as a personal trainer for about 4 months. Training two times a week. Jocey is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer. She is also very fun to talk with. I have been very pleased with the results so far and plan on continuing to train with her for a long time.
I have known MJ over 8 years. I have taken her spin, yoga and bootcamp classes. When I started I couldn't run 1/2 mile. Next month I will run a 50k. When I started I didn't last long on a trampoline now I have movie stunt credits. I'm not saying she will turn you into a stunt person but she will get you to a better place.
Where do I start when talking about Leah? She is TRULY TRULY incredible. I have worked with her on multiple occasions- but this last 5 months of personal training and then transitioning to become member of her studio have been life changing. I have been an athlete my whole life- but after college work caught up with me and I left my personal health goals on the curb. Then I suffered from an Achilles rupture and I was truly down about what this meant for my fitness goals. The doctors gave me 12 month until I recovered completely from surgery (and could run again) and with Leah's help we focused my training and I was back on track in 8 MONTHS! She is blast to be around- and absolutely knows her trade inside and out. My husband and I now attend her studio classes 4-5 times a week! It's a great time for us to focus not only on our healthy habits but have such a fun time together. I recommend her to anyone that will listen! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!

I've been training with Chris for almost a year and know first hand he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started with individual personal training and recently joined his boot camp class - while both are uniquely different, they are equally challenging and rewarding. I love wed and Sunday bootcamps. She kicks my butt but it is well worth the time and the price. I have a lot of fun with the boot camps groups everyone so friendly.

I have been with Healthy Training for over 2 years now. I have participated in nutrition programs, small group classes such as bootcamps or zumba, and personal 1 on 1 training. Ellie and all of the trainers have been excellent to work with and importantly take the time to understand what YOUR goals are. The place is small and personal enough that you always get individual attention even in group activities, and the trainers are friendly and know their stuff. They make sure you are working out hard but safely. Personal training and group class rates are extremely competitive compared to the marketplace. You aren't paying for the overhead of a smoothie bar or sauna. Just a very focused, high value place to better your health, strength, and conditioning. Highly recommended.
I attended hillarys boot camp for about 6 years.. She kept us all extremely fit, working every muscle group and changing things up constantly to make it fun. She also coached me in preparation for the Boston Marathon. I attribute my success to both her technical and motivational training style. She is an amazing trainer and genuinely caring person.

I have been a part of Andrea's boot camp classes for close to a year. Having these weekly classes has helped me get motivated to reach my fitness goals. I have noticed a significant strength increase throughout my body. I used to dread doing pushups and planks, but now I can honestly say I enjoy them! Andrea always varies up the workouts so they stay interesting and fun. She always is full of energy and is very encouraging and helpful. She is always making sure you are doing the movements correctly so you can get the most out of the workout and not get injured. She has been providing a monthly workout calendar with different workouts each day, which has kept me accountable on days we do not meet. She is also willing to help with diet and nutrition goals.
