Just a quick note to comment on Beth and her nutrition response testing program. I started seeing her 8 weeks ago, looking for help in understanding why I would have sudden onset of horrible cramping, seemingly unrelated to anything. I was checked for ovarian cancer, and had been seeing a GI practitioner who suggested a low fodmaps diet. At this point, I had pretty much given up dairy, but was still having occasional cramping. After completing a questionnaire and an exam, Beth told me that I was sensitive to dairy, corn, sugar, whole grains and wheat, in that order. I started following a food plan which included meats, eggs, veggies, fruits, and nuts. By actively keeping track of what I ate, I found out the next day which foods were causing my cramps. I learned not to eat too much of certain foods, like fries. I found out that quinoa and rice caused upsets. A piece of bread made me sick. I do not know how she does this, or why it works. By following the program, and sticking to foods that my body likes, I have no cramps. Over the past 8 weeks, I have lost 17 pounds, and am not hungry. My cravings for grains and sugar have greatly diminished. I find I can eat a little goat cheese; moderation is the key. The supplements she has me on are certainly helping with my digestion and my mood. 8 weeks ago i signed up for 12 sessions with Beth, just to see if ANYTHING could help me. At this point, I am leaner, happier, and have a better understanding of how what I eat affects directly my cramps or lack of. I have a plan for my life now, and know what I can safely eat. Also, Beth really cares about me. She is super encouraging, has some great recipes and motivates me to keep this up. I am in such a better place than I was. Thanks Beth. I do not understand everything you do, but I know from what my own body is telling me that you have some great knowledge that is helping me have a much happier life. Andrea
I requested to have a meal plan and better my understanding of nutrition and being more attentive to what I put in my body. I was taught exactly that and I executed the instructions to meet my goal. I achieved my goal in no time and had no problems whatsoever. They were flexible, understanding, and accountable to all extents.
I had met with a lot of trainers, but knew I'd like working with Marcus. He is knowledgeable in personal training as well as nutrition, which is a great combination. He took the time to understand my goals and walked me through how we would get there. His workouts are tough, but I leave feeling energized and looking forward to the next!

It's been a year since that my scan showed I was clear of cancer. Sue, had a common thread in our meetings where she was delightfully concerned how I was doing and had a goal and a next step for the follow up meeting. I liked the fact that she has experience in the medical world and supported people in healing from cancer. She gave options to traditional medicine which she didn't push on me and provided plenty of research and/or resources to support both sides. Aside from being clear of cancer, my family has walked away with eating habits that will change the course of our health for the rest of our lives. I'm confident that God used here talents. I was clear after only two treatements. She's a blessing!

Carrie is a great nutritionist and personal chef. She prepares great tasting meals that meet my stringent alkaline diet. She also sends a detailed alkaline diet menu with each meal explaining the alkaline values of each food stuff that really helps in understanding the food preparation. I would highly recommend her for any dietary requirement meal.
