Just a few days separated my husband and I from saying our "I do's." Well that and the fact that we did not have a photographer yet! As my "soon to be" attempted to calm me, I frantically started searching through websites, calling everyone we knew asking if they knew of anyone who could did photography. At that point i was just happy to have someone with a camera. And then all of a sudden, my inbox notification went off and i knew, we had found her. You see, there was no "getting to know you," engagement session So it was up to her to capture everything I had hoped for in a small time. You see our wedding was only three hours long. But low and behold she did it... and boy did she do an amazing job! Thank you Laura!
While we were planning our wedding, I decided that we needed help. I was feeling overwhelmed with all the details and wasn't sure how I was going to make everything happen from another state. Chris was awesome, he met with my wife and I about an hour before the ceremony. In that time he met and greeted my wife, family & friends. Got me to feel comfortable and not so nervous even told us all a little about himself. When it came to the ceremony he was able to complete it exactly how I wanted. I asked for it to be simple and sweet, and gave exactly that and also acknowledged that I just wanted to get to our marriage and not be so concerned with the wedding. My marriage ceremony was small and simple and when I do decide to have a wedding I would definitely choose to use him again. And I would recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant. Also it was awesome to find out that we were his first same-sex couple.
Anthony Byington was the most outstanding guy to work with. A short story about our experience; we weren't going to get a dj and 3 days before the wedding we decided we wanted one, and he took the job on such short notice, and it was nothing but perfect ! Such a friendly guy, pleasant, and if he doesn't have a song he will get it ! He was awesome ! Also he took over 200 pictures on the dance floor and they were professional ! I would reccommend him to any of my family and friends !
I am writing to let everyone know how pleased we were with Kelly Houlehan as a wedding coordinator for our daughter’s wedding, June 24, 2017. The ceremony was held at the MN Arboretum and we some scheduling challenges that Kelly navigated easily. When I arrived at the Arboretum at 11:00 am the day of the wedding, I had no idea Kelly and I would not get into the reception venue to prepare the tables until much later in the day when I was scheduled for photos. Kelly used her time efficiently to listen to my detailed plan, sort the décor to facilitate the transfer of flowers, candles, lights, pictures, and butterflies to their respective locations. She set up everything without my help. The reception room was absolutely stunning and the ceremony lovely. I could never have successfully done the décor had it not been for Kelly’s hard work, efficient planning and professionalism. Kelly was also on hand to reminded us of our photo timelines and got us to the ceremony location on time. She served as a point person for any questions that came up during the reception like helping the DJ to upload the slide show, coordinating the event with the Arboretum staff and keeping my relatives' meals warm while they stepped out for a minute. Kelly was there to respond to every question or problem that arose. She also help organize clean up and packed the décor at the end of the evening. WOW!! Kelly was easy to work with and made it possible for me to enjoy my daughter’s wedding, eat a wonderful meal and celebrate the evening with dancing. I cannot speak more highly of Kelly’s ability to listen carefully, actualize that plan, herd our families around to pictures, ceremony and reception, and clean up. She is an exceptional contractor for the Wedding Collective. I would highly recommend Kelly’s services to everyone who is planning a wedding. Thank you Kelly.
GREAT experience with Bowe's!! We had our wedding reception at Bowe's with Denise and her staff catering for around 230 people. Everything was fantastic!!!! The food was great! Everything was ready and dinner/reception flowed very very smoothly...would happily have them cater for us again!
Ashley was the day of wedding coordinator for our wedding day and did a fabulous job! She assisted with our rehearsal as well and we felt at ease on our wedding day as she was so organized and ensured that our day went smoothly! Mary did my wedding planning and decoration for me and my now husband. She was easy to talk to and she is a great listener. One thing I liked about her services, was that she was always available for questions or problems solving. If I didn't get her right away, she was great with getting back to me in a short period of time. I am now pregnant, and I have now hired her again to do my baby shower. She was great!
Holly did an amazing job with my wedding. I don't know how we would have done it without her. She went above and beyond to make our day special. If you are looking for an event coordinator she's the best!
Yuni was not only my amazing photographer, but also the planner for my Quinceañera. Her work was totally past my expectations. I loved everything she did. What I truly love about her is that she never leaves anything half way done. She always makes sure her work is high quality, perfect, and fully finished. Her outgoing personality is also another great thing about her. She was so much fun to work with! I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Heather was our 'Day of' coordinator and she was absolutely above and beyond amazing! She helped decorate, coordinate vendors, the wedding party, photographer - everything! She was extremely professional. She got along with friends and family as if she was one of my sisters who I had known forever. Putting the wedding coordinating in her hands was the easiest thing to do because we knew she cared about everything as we would have. There were things that went wrong (out of her control) that I never even heard about until way after the day was over, but she handled each and every thing like a pro - so that all we had to do was ENJOY our day without worrying about anything. She listened to everything we wanted, she never forced her own opinion or suggestions on us. Her personality is energetic and fun! Family and friends loved her, we loved her, and she still to this day remembers our wedding day - 5 stars for this amazing lady!
Anniversary party, approximately 100 guests menu: cake, sandwiches, boneless chicken wings, BBQ meatballs, Little Smokies, chips with dips, chili, punch. It was a perfect night. The only thing that went wrong was we planned on all of our guests eating and not very many did. Lots of leftovers.
