Dale Thomas says, "After my normal plumbing company decided their 24-hour emergency service didn't have anybody for a couple days to help me with a flooded basement, I called Connelly Plumbing Solutions after I saw a positive review from another person in my community. I spoke to Bill, and within a few hours, he had a technician out to the house telling me exactly what my problem was. He resolved the issue. Of course, I think I may have done something that required them to come back out. Of course, Bill had one of his guys come out who was super friendly, helpful, and got me up and running again with no charge. You can tell Bill has high standards for his company and his employees, which I appreciate, as it seems like many service-based companies don't care about the service part of their job. It's refreshing to see the balance of amazing customer service with excellent skills, and I certainly will be contacting them again should I have any more plumbing issues."See more
