After being without a computer for over a month and troubleshooting with Dell customer service with no solution. I was still unsure what was wrong with my computer, but felt certain it was a virus. John assured me he would do all he could to recover any documents or pictures I had on my computer, which he did. Fortunately, I didn't have a virus but in need of a new hard drive and cd drive which John installed. I picked my computer up within 4 days of dropping it off. Mr. Rissler was willing to track down parts and repair my well-loved but discontinued laptop. He also extracted my data for me so I have it while he waits for the parts.
