I came to Chad after two years of running almost daily and feeling frustrated that my fitness had plateaued. I knew I needed to add resistance training to my routine, but was hesitant to do it on my own and unwilling to pay for a gym membership just to have the privilege of then also paying for a personal trainer. Chad was the perfect answer to all those problems. He has customized my training every session to keep things interesting and challenge me. He has a great personality and it's easy to stay engaged, motivated, and accountable while working with him. I can't recommend him highly enough!
I signed up to train with Josh sometime in June. He is a very good trainer, he gave me all the information I need regarding diet, sleep, and exercise. In the few short months training with him I have seen a lot of progress in my physique. I definitely recommend him to someone looking to improve their physical health, lose weight, and gain muscle.
I've been training with Brian for almost two months now. Trust me... He is one of the most experienced and committed trainers I've ever seen. He always checking up on the diet and keeps track of myself which is great and I haven't seen that much with the past trainers I've had. He’s a great nutritionist with so much of knowledge. Great diet plans, if you are really motivated to do so. Talking from my experience, I lost over 14 lbs in four weeks. Im really committed and he knows my goals. He knows my limits and how to push myself little more every day. My fitness has increased noticeably. He is very reliable and on time, always set up and ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging. Adi has been a great influence on me even after just a week! Her home training is excellent and challenging. I also took her food demo class and that was great! My experience working with Stephanie (a HitchFit trainer) so far is amazing. I had two trainers at different companies prior to being with Stephanie and I was worried that this would just be another waste of time. It certainly isn't. I love working with her, she pushes you and motivates you and doesn't make you feel like you're lesser because you can't do something right now. I was in an accident, so I've had to put my training on hold while I recover, and she's so understanding. She will message me and ask me how I'm doing and honestly she's one of the best people I know and I haven't even known her that long. I miss training, and can't wait till I'm recovered and cleared to go back to training because Stephanie is awesome. They have a private location next to a whole foods that I go to, and there has never been more than 2 other clients (and their trainers) in the "gym" the same time as me. It's a comfortable space, they have showers and lockers, and the most important of all is the heart behind HitchFit. Thanks so much HitchFit, you have restored my faith in personal trainers, and everyone I know knows just how much I love training at HitchFit!
Jill is great! She doesn't take any crap and won't give you any crap. She coaches you so you truly understand what you're doing with weight training, cardio, and food, instead of just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it. Jill will push you but she keeps your goals realistic and is never harsh or abrasive. I'm a big fan!
I appreciated Jordan's guidance as my Personal Training because he kept me accountable and also modified our sessions, catering to some injuries I have. My experience with him has been great.
I started seeing Eric from a referral by my sister. I was currently doing lab testing and supplementation with my ND, and figured I would let Eric take a shot at my health issues. The first consult I overlapped with my ND, taking Eric's interpretation to her for review and 2nd opinion. Her response to his evaluation was that "he probably has more schooling, experience, and detailed knowledge about this evaluation than I do, so I think you are fine to work with him." I don't have insurance, so the cost of seeing Eric, or seeing my ND was pretty close to the same. After a slow year of testing and supplementation, we saw a few changes in the right direction. It wasn't until I finally started following his diet/exercise recommendations that the changes became much more obvious. I've always been on the "small" side for my weight, so I didn't really think my diet mattered much. Besides, I thought I ate relatively healthy anyways, and had fewer digestive symptoms after following a gluten free diet for the past year. I knew I wasn't in "optimal" health, but I didn't think his diet was necessary at first. But after a year of supplementation, he finally pushed that diet was the next step. Within just a few weeks of REALLY following his recommendations-- getting enough calories, timing of meals, walking every day, and WATER-- I could SEE a difference in my body, and felt a difference in my energy and moods. That let me know, ok ok, he's on to something. I just figured that his process was like my ND in that the blood work shows improvement but nothing I would physically see or feel a difference with. Now, almost two years later, (because of my own stubbornness in not wanting to continue this process) even though I still have some residual health issues, I also have the faith that by listening and really DOING what Eric recommends, we will be able to positively address those issues as well. Eric has helped me see my health like playing a sport. You have to commit to practicing the little things everyday, making good habits everyday, or else you will never see the progress you really are wanting to achieve. You can't be a successful athlete without practicing everyday. In the same, I can't expect to be in optimal health if I'm not willing to follow my "coaches" training recommendations on a consistent basis. When I do what he says, things work like they should...shouldn't that be enough proof for me? We will see in the next year. Regardless, Eric has shown he knows what he is doing, and has taught me to believe his ability to accurately evaluate and interpret what is needed for my optimal health...its up to me to actually follow through.

You schedule your training directly with the trainer. Pat is flexible and has the ability to schedule around your personal active life. I have worked with Pat over 3 years weekly and he has been apart of my success keeping with my program and transforming my body, a life long goal. He holds you accountable. I would recommend Taylor to anyone! I personally hated working out before I went to Taylor for guidance. She helped me understand what I should be eatin and why. She made working out fun and hassle free. I wasn’t workin out, because I didn’t know what workouts to do! She makes all of this so simple. She gives you a food list and weekly workouts! In just two months my waist size went back down a size! If you’re looking for a healthier life style and need help getting there, I would recommend Taylor every time!
Alan provides training specific to what is needed for my athlete. He is focused on getting her where she needs to be, explains thoroughly the goals that she needs to work towards while ensuring that she fully understands his expectations. Being an out of shape, newly single, 22 year old woman, I did not want to join a regular gym or fitness club because I did not like my body and i would have to work out in front of other girls my age who look good in yoga pants. Lol. I have Jason 3 times a week as my personal trainer and over the last 7 weeks i have gone from 157lbs to 128lbs and Loved how he has made me do it. Jason seems to be a professional in nearly every sport as he has trained me in MMA, Roller Skating, Tennis, Soccer, Swimming, Running, Frisbee, Kick Boxing and even knife throwing this last week. Each thing we do seems to somehow work an area of my body that i didnt even know could be worked and its been soo much fun learning new sports and getting better at the ones i already knew how to do. Next week we start training for an obstacle course event thats similar to American Ninja Warrior!
