I signed up to train with Josh sometime in June. He is a very good trainer, he gave me all the information I need regarding diet, sleep, and exercise. In the few short months training with him I have seen a lot of progress in my physique. I definitely recommend him to someone looking to improve their physical health, lose weight, and gain muscle.
I came to Chad after two years of running almost daily and feeling frustrated that my fitness had plateaued. I knew I needed to add resistance training to my routine, but was hesitant to do it on my own and unwilling to pay for a gym membership just to have the privilege of then also paying for a personal trainer. Chad was the perfect answer to all those problems. He has customized my training every session to keep things interesting and challenge me. He has a great personality and it's easy to stay engaged, motivated, and accountable while working with him. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I just had my first training session with Sarah. It was incredible. She really listens and understands. As someone who suffers from muscle and nerve pain every day due to fibromyalgia, I was concerned that a personal trainer would push my body too much and I would be struggling for a week after. Sarah has put my body at ease. She worked me enough that I feel a burn but my body isn't in agony. I am so happy to have found Sarah and I look forward to many, many more sessions with her! David took the time to learn what would work for me! With a full time job and 5 kids, fitting workouts in can be a real challenge. David was always extremely patient with me, never made me feel guilty about missing a session or eating Swedish fish for breakfast, and he always made sure that when I was training, I got a really good session in! I highly recommend him! He's also great with kids - he ended up training our teenagers as well as our son with Autism, which was huge!
I've been training with Brian for almost two months now. Trust me... He is one of the most experienced and committed trainers I've ever seen. He always checking up on the diet and keeps track of myself which is great and I haven't seen that much with the past trainers I've had. He’s a great nutritionist with so much of knowledge. Great diet plans, if you are really motivated to do so. Talking from my experience, I lost over 14 lbs in four weeks. Im really committed and he knows my goals. He knows my limits and how to push myself little more every day. My fitness has increased noticeably. He is very reliable and on time, always set up and ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging. He’s a professional trainer and I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. Cheers!
I've only been training with Nick for a week, but the first 6 sessions have kicked my out-of-shape butt more than I've been able to by myself the past couple years. Being someone who lost a massive amount of weight and gained it all back, I really need(ed) someone who could (constructively) push me past my "limits" and not let me give up. Nick epitomizes this mentality and effectively balances professionalism with positivity and a sense of humor that makes it easy to come back every day, all-the-while knowing I'm going to be in serious pain at the end of each session. I still have a long way to go, but as it stands I will definitely continue training with him past my initial end date, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for tough-but-positive training with immediate results.
I've been struggling with my fitness and weight issues for three years. I feel like I've tried just about everything. After checking out James Hanton's website and the HitchFit website, I was intrigued by the amazing transformations that were highlighted. I was a little intimidated at first, not ever having weight trained with a personal trainer but James is so personable, that I felt at ease right away. The hour-long workouts that focus on different muscle groups each time, fly by because it's not just a good challenge but James also makes it fun. James created a special diet just for me that has made a substantial and immediate impact on my body fat and weight. He also provides excellent accountability. We're tracking body fat and weight often so that I will reach my goals in 12 to 16 weeks, and he has encouraged me every step of the way. My only regret is that I didn't start training with James sooner!
I started seeing Eric from a referral by my sister. I was currently doing lab testing and supplementation with my ND, and figured I would let Eric take a shot at my health issues. The first consult I overlapped with my ND, taking Eric's interpretation to her for review and 2nd opinion. Her response to his evaluation was that "he probably has more schooling, experience, and detailed knowledge about this evaluation than I do, so I think you are fine to work with him." I don't have insurance, so the cost of seeing Eric, or seeing my ND was pretty close to the same. After a slow year of testing and supplementation, we saw a few changes in the right direction. It wasn't until I finally started following his diet/exercise recommendations that the changes became much more obvious. I've always been on the "small" side for my weight, so I didn't really think my diet mattered much. Besides, I thought I ate relatively healthy anyways, and had fewer digestive symptoms after following a gluten free diet for the past year. I knew I wasn't in "optimal" health, but I didn't think his diet was necessary at first. But after a year of supplementation, he finally pushed that diet was the next step. Within just a few weeks of REALLY following his recommendations-- getting enough calories, timing of meals, walking every day, and WATER-- I could SEE a difference in my body, and felt a difference in my energy and moods. That let me know, ok ok, he's on to something. I just figured that his process was like my ND in that the blood work shows improvement but nothing I would physically see or feel a difference with. Now, almost two years later, (because of my own stubbornness in not wanting to continue this process) even though I still have some residual health issues, I also have the faith that by listening and really DOING what Eric recommends, we will be able to positively address those issues as well. Eric has helped me see my health like playing a sport. You have to commit to practicing the little things everyday, making good habits everyday, or else you will never see the progress you really are wanting to achieve. You can't be a successful athlete without practicing everyday. In the same, I can't expect to be in optimal health if I'm not willing to follow my "coaches" training recommendations on a consistent basis. When I do what he says, things work like they should...shouldn't that be enough proof for me? We will see in the next year. Regardless, Eric has shown he knows what he is doing, and has taught me to believe his ability to accurately evaluate and interpret what is needed for my optimal health...its up to me to actually follow through.
Ted has been terrific! He takes time to teach proper form- and why its important. He values nutrition and explains why this is such an intricate part of fitness! I've just started using he workout and good apps, but right now I am so stoked that I found him!! Great value for the money! He truly cares about my success!

Adi has been a great influence on me even after just a week! Her home training is excellent and challenging. I also took her food demo class and that was great! She was very clear and had specific dietary recommendations for me and my family that are easy to follow. She is prompt, fun, and professional with lots of personal training and nutrition expertise. Jill is great! She doesn't take any crap and won't give you any crap. She coaches you so you truly understand what you're doing with weight training, cardio, and food, instead of just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it. Jill will push you but she keeps your goals realistic and is never harsh or abrasive. I'm a big fan!

In my 1st meeting with him, I was surprised to see someone who was interested in asking questions about me instead of showing packages and enrolling me for the fitness training. he has a very logical thought process, he understands the pain of 'being out of shape' and provides training in a very practical / custom training routine that helps motivate you to get up and work hard. Constantly pushes the envelope. He enjoys transforming people's priorities around eating and exercise, he believes in healthy living. he enjoys football and I can truly call up on him as a 'friend'. Mike was a GREAT coach! He gave the extra push when I needed it and when I was struggling, knew to pull back. Mike has so much knowledge, not only about training, but also about your body and how it works. He was always willing to talk before or after our session to give stretching tips, eating advice, or any other suggestions! I truly enjoyed my 8 months under Mike's training!
Nicole became my personal trainer right after I had my second baby. She was great! She always mixed it up with new workouts and challenged me so it never got boring or too easy! Nicole also helped me get back onto a healthy eating track after being pregnant. She trained me through my third pregnancy and understood my limitations. I would recommend Nicole to anyone wanting to be strong and healthy!
