I love the motivation at Edstrom Elite. The trainers keep you moving and continually challenge you to be better and stronger. But at the same time, each circuit class and workout is fun! I have a ball. It's a great confidence boost and shows there's truly friendship there! It's a great place to help meet your goals, whether those are weight loss or muscle gain.
I have been training with Jesse for about a month and a half. I have lost 11 inches so far. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. I have been working out with John for about a year. I started seeing results right away. He changes up the workouts so I never get bored. I leave each session feeling accomplished. He has a lot of confidence in me, especially when I am lifting heavy and don't have the confidence in myself. I really like working with him because he listens to me and cares about what I am doing outside of our sessions. Running is my priority and he is constantly giving me tips on my running and asking about my training/races. John cares about his clients outside of the gym and he is my friend, not just my trainer. Kyle is a great trainer !! You tell him what you want to work on, and set them goals and he helps you get there !! He knows what he is doing that's foresure !! I promise you if you train with Kyle you will not be disappointed!! He will give you that push you need and has helped motivate me, and get my body back after 2 kids!! He is the best!! I hired Christine three months ago to help me lose 25-30 pounds, lower my sugar levels as I am a Type 2 diabetic and improve my overall fitness. I was pretty scared when I first agreed to train with her- I'll be honest. I was not overweight, but I was very out of shape and most trainers really push you. The first few workouts were really challenging as expected for me but Christine was amazing. She designed each workout specifically around me, took her time to teach me proper form (which is so important), and pushed me to limits I never knew I could reach. Three months later, not only have I lost some weight and inches, but I feel like a new person. I am doing things and wearing clothes I have not in years. My 6 year old daughter has joined us for most of our sessions and Christine has gotten her to love exercise. Exercise has become a daily routine at our house and that's something no other program or trainer was able to do. Combined with proper diet, her training sessions will transform your body. If you do as she asks, you wont regret hiring her. I promise. =)

Working with Susan is phenomenal! Her prices are unbeatable and she is extremely flexible; she really does work around your schedule and what works best for you. Susan is passionate and dedicated to helping you live a healthy and fit lifestyle, she is not like many other trainers out there who are just trying to make their living and look at you as just another paycheck. Training others is her calling! Susan is amazing because she gives you strength physically as well as emotionally. When the voice inside you is trying to tell you to quit, she's the boost of confidence you need to push through! She really gets to know you and your body and your personal needs. I cannot imagine not having her in my life! I'd recommend trying just one session of Susan Supersets, and you'll be hooked too!
John is a fantastic trainer. Let me just say, I'm not a newbie to the gym at all. I've been going since 2012. My problem never had to do with getting up and going to the gym but my intensity at the gym seemed to be lacking. I've tried 2 other trainers before with almost zero results. It was almost as if they didn't really care about my goals and they were happy that I already cut the check. So, needless to say I wasn’t looking forward to getting another one. However, this time it was different. My diet was much better and my goal wasn’t weight related this time. My goal was to look good and feel good. I wanted that 6 pack! But again, how could this trainer do anything else for me that I wasn’t already doing on my own? I was about to find out. I had my free 1on1 personal training to try him out and see if I thought it would work for me. First off, that was awesome. I loved that I got to try him out before hand to see if he fit. That training session was killer. Then, I had my first boot camp class with him and wow! He kicked my butt. And the second and the third boot camp class kept getting more and more challenging. I couldn’t believe it. I used to go to the gym and get on the elliptical and burn X amount of calories in 45 minutes and go to work feeling like I could have probably done another 45. After one of his boot camp classes I am drenched in sweat and passed out on the floor. And the best part, I feel ACCOMPLISHED afterwards. Like it wasn’t a waste of time and that I truly gave it my all. And even better, I crave the next class I have with him because there’s not another workout like it. I have three favorite things about John compared to the other trainers I’ve had. First off, he’s in shape. The worst part is trying to get trained by someone who doesn’t do what they preach. Second, which is probably my favorite, is that he is not standing on the sidelines yelling at you to work. At his boot camp classes, he is right there with you working hard and sweating. He’s doing the exact same workouts with you so I use it as leverage to try and keep up with him! Third, you know he loves his job and even better that he loves to train those that want to change their bodies for the better. Your goal is his goal. And he’s even training for a competition of his own so you only get dedication from this guy!! All in all, John is awesome and I’ve already recommended him to multiple of my girlfriends who are trying to get in a shape because he is that good. But be prepared to work and sweat if you come to one of his boot camp classes!!
I would highly recommend Trivium to anyone looking for a new gym or personal training. The gym has your standards (weights, racks, benches) but it also has open areas for functional training and classes with the equipment to match. The staff is knowledgeable, and I can attest that Ryan is continually searching out the latest research to incorporate into the gym's offerings. If you're looking to avoid the cookie-cutter gyms and step into an atmosphere dedicated to getting smart, safe results, give Trivium a shot.
Kevin O'Leary has been my trainer for 18 months. He is very professional and makes the training sessions fun. I was out of shape and suffered from joint pain in my shoulder and hip. My joint pain has been greatly reduced and my flexibility and stamina are greatly improved. I would highly recommend Kevin for rehab, general fitness or sports training!
