"I've been a client since March 2015. My son’s wedding was quickly approaching and realized I needed help getting in shape (fast). Through Summer’ support, both mentally and physically, I got in the best shape of my life...even at age 45!!! I've never felt more confident, stronger, and sharper mentally than I have in the recent months. Like most people, I've worked out in group settings like crowded/stinky gyms, boot camps, Zumba classes and CrossFit. I was grouped with others and didn't get the results I was looking for and eventually looked for reasons not to go. So when a friend suggested G2 with Summer and Aaron, I thought what do I have to lose. I found the setting warm and inviting, not intimidating. She was professional and took time to get to know me. She didn't judge me and started me at MY individual level. In addition to my workouts, she educated me on lifestyle changes and how they would help me. My workouts are personalized and beneficial to my body and lifestyle. I highly recommend G2 (Summer and Aaron) to anyone looking for a personal trainer to help reach their goals. "

"John is a fantastic trainer. Let me just say, I'm not a newbie to the gym at all. I've been going since 2012. My problem never had to do with getting up and going to the gym but my intensity at the gym seemed to be lacking. I've tried 2 other trainers before with almost zero results. It was almost as if they didn't really care about my goals and they were happy that I already cut the check. So, needless to say I wasn’t looking forward to getting another one. However, this time it was different. My diet was much better and my goal wasn’t weight related this time. My goal was to look good and feel good. I wanted that 6 pack! But again, how could this trainer do anything else for me that I wasn’t already doing on my own? I was about to find out. I had my free 1on1 personal training to try him out and see if I thought it would work for me. First off, that was awesome. I loved that I got to try him out before hand to see if he fit. That training session was killer. Then, I had my first boot camp class with him and wow! He kicked my butt. And the second and the third boot camp class kept getting more and more challenging. I couldn’t believe it. I used to go to the gym and get on the elliptical and burn X amount of calories in 45 minutes and go to work feeling like I could have probably done another 45. After one of his boot camp classes I am drenched in sweat and passed out on the floor. And the best part, I feel ACCOMPLISHED afterwards. Like it wasn’t a waste of time and that I truly gave it my all. And even better, I crave the next class I have with him because there’s not another workout like it. I have three favorite things about John compared to the other trainers I’ve had. First off, he’s in shape. The worst part is trying to get trained by someone who doesn’t do what they preach. Second, which is probably my favorite, is that he is not standing on the sidelines yelling at you to work. At his boot camp classes, he is right there with you working hard and sweating. He’s doing the exact same workouts with you so I use it as leverage to try and keep up with him! Third, you know he loves his job and even better that he loves to train those that want to change their bodies for the better. Your goal is his goal. And he’s even training for a competition of his own so you only get dedication from this guy!! All in all, John is awesome and I’ve already recommended him to multiple of my girlfriends who are trying to get in a shape because he is that good. But be prepared to work and sweat if you come to one of his boot camp classes!! "

"Adam is a wonderful personal trainer. He's always on time and prepared to kick my butt and his training doesn't stop at the end of 60 minutes. He checks in with me as much as I need and is encouraging and supportive without being enabling. He just gets it -- what it means to set goals and I'm truly believe that your goals become his goals and, because of that, he's invested from day one. "

"I have purchased 3 - ten visit session so far with Age Advantage Fitness and I don't see myself ending this relationship with Mark as my trainer any time soon. Mark puts a great deal of work, planning and attention into every session. He is well planned and explains every exercise, the proper way to do the exercise, and the benefits. The thing I enjoy most about my program is that it is alway changing and seldom have I ever done the same exercise twice. This keeps the muscles "thinking, and not adapting," to the routine which means I gain more benefit from each session quickly. At most gyms you hire a 20 something year old trainer who shows their ability to count reps for you. I don't need someone to count for me, I enjoy my one on one session with Mark, in the privacy of his fitness studio and the rapport we have developed through my accomplishments. Mark's fitness studio is top notch and can rank with the best of any gym in town. Mark has all the needed equipment that is well kept, and cleaned after every client. I am a 55 year old corporate executive who doesn't have time for the gym scene, yet through my sessions with Mark, I have improved upon my energy, flexibility, dropped 2 pants sizes, and feel great! I look forward to every session. Thank you Mark, I highly recommend Mark as a trainer and Coach."

"I’ve been training with Tyler for a little over two years now after a New Years resolution to start working out more. What a life changer! I feel great in anything I wear and am stronger now at 39 than I ever have been in my life. Tyler does an amazing job with always having different workouts which keeps me on my toes and makes each workout challenging yet fun. He is a great coach and goes above and beyond every day. He has written a diet plan for me, provided work outs I can do when traveling for work and has even helped provide guidance on some sleeping issues I was experiencing. He is always on time and ready to go. Driven, professional, intelligent are just a few key characteristics I would use to describe Tyler and would recommend him to anyone young or old. He doesn’t disappoint and worth every penny spent on keeping me healthy and strong."

"Kevin O'Leary has been my trainer for 18 months. He is very professional and makes the training sessions fun. I was out of shape and suffered from joint pain in my shoulder and hip. My joint pain has been greatly reduced and my flexibility and stamina are greatly improved. I would highly recommend Kevin for rehab, general fitness or sports training!"

"I would highly recommend Trivium to anyone looking for a new gym or personal training. The gym has your standards (weights, racks, benches) but it also has open areas for functional training and classes with the equipment to match. The staff is knowledgeable, and I can attest that Ryan is continually searching out the latest research to incorporate into the gym's offerings. If you're looking to avoid the cookie-cutter gyms and step into an atmosphere dedicated to getting smart, safe results, give Trivium a shot."
