After working with Max for a couple of months now, I could not be happier with my experience. I came to Max with a simple goal to lose weight. However, Max has helped me to develop a healthier lifestyle - combining exercise (detailed daily at-home workouts aligned with training sessions) and nutrition (reviewing meal logs weekly). I was apprehensive in finding a personal trainer, but Max has made me feel comfortable and confident. Max is knowledgeable, friendly and always encouraging. I've had many trainers over the years and Elton is as good or better than any! He is extremely caring, calm, helpful and knowledgeable. Eric Greenley is the best and most knowledgable personal fitness trainer I have had the opportunity to work with. He has years of experience as a professional fitness trainer and he is fully credentialed including several specialty areas. He listens carefully and he helps me to set realistic short term and long term goals. Eric always stresses safety first and proper technique. He inspires me to be successful and he has a contagious motivating and positive attitude. Eric is a competitive athlete himself and he is the best role model for his clients. I have been extremely impressed with Eric as my personal trainer and I highly recommend him.

At 40, I made a commitment this year to invest in my health so that I can be around a lot longer for my 3 kids. 2 years removed from knee surgery, with nerve damage in my elbow, and a bit overweight and definitely out of shape, I was struggling to put in the work required to get myself back into good physical condition on my own at my local gym. I was completely lacking motivation and was out of the practice of pushing myself physically. I've been with a personal trainer before and didn't find that the value exceeded the cost, so I was definitely hesitant to try it again. You feel a little sticker shock with personal trainers until you break it down to how much a session actually costs and also realize how much you spent on crap that had no lasting benefit. That all said, I took a shot with Bryant. The value was noticed within the first week. Bryant has a special talent for knowing when you're being blocked physically and being blocked mentally. When it's physical, he will switch gears or pull back just enough so that you get the work in and break that sweat and burn those calories. When it's mental, he has tricks to get you over that mental hurdle and break that personal best. He also has nutrition advice and checks your weight and measurements to make sure you are staying on track. I went a little overboard on my vacation. We worked it out ;) I'm down 15lbs (first time I've been under 200lbs since college), dropped 3 waist sizes and I can feel strength coming back to me and my endurance has improved dramatically in 3 short months. I feel great both mentally and physically. Lastly, it's been fun. Bryant has a great personality and although he makes sure you put in the work, we have some laughs too. I'm really glad I took the leap and chose Bryant. I'm getting great results and I look forward to continuing my training with him.

I had a great experience working with DeMarcus Brooks. Starting out, he made sure he understood my primary goals and I understood his way of training. He was very creative and knowledgeable. For every training session, he designed a unique and effective workout plan which have helped me to progress and to gain lots of strength. I had Derrick as my personal trainer for roughly a year or so when I was 18 years old. I had no knowledge regarding physical training despite being psychically active and playing sports growing up. Derrick took me to that next level. Wanting to gain muscle, overall size, and general knowledge, Derrick offered all the pieces to do so. He covered proper eating & diet habits, proper form when working out, and explained the many exercises to help me achieve my goals. Three years later now, I can thank Derrick for creating that solid foundation which has led to my passion for fitness.

When I set out to find options for exercise and a life adjustment I originally went to fitness centers. I came across BodyByCheeko online. I set up and appointment and immediately decided this would be my trainer. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and also told me what I would need to do to accomplish that. He also did a 30 minute workout with me at the first visit. He has been my trainer since May 2013. 2 THUMBS UP

After years of going to gyms, and engaging their personal trainers, we have finally found someone who really created an individualized program for us! Paul is terrific! He listened to our goals, and created programs to suit our ages. He is always on time, professional and if he thinks he might be a minute late, he calls. Trevor was very friendly and cooperative throughout the whole experience. The extra effort he put into my personalized plans given some physical restrictions definitely made me feel valued and cared for. I can tell he treats all of him clients with respect and pretty much as a part of his family. The best part is defintely his overall communication after the workout plan was made to keep me inspired and to truly become invested in my journey towards a healthy life.

I started going to Jayd for personal training once a week about a month ago. I had previously been going to Title and doing power hour multiple times a week plus eating well for many months. Since starting with Jayd I can see MUCH more differences in my body. Working with her has pushed whatever barrier was keeping me from the results I wanted. Checking in on Trainerize makes me feel accountable for what I'm eating and how much I'm working outside of our sessions because I know she can see. I'm just starting to play with other features in the app but I like that she uses something that keeps track so I don't have to! I definitely recommend her if you're ready to add that extra component to your routine or if you're just getting started and need the motivation!!
