I've taken yoga with Laura twice now and each time has been wonderful! One class was advanced while the other was restorative, and each was well tailored and true to its intention. In the advanced class, she did a great job of building up to the advanced poses and offering modifications along the way. She was attentive and provided individual instruction on proper adjustments.
