If you're looking for a day-of coordinator for your wedding, LOOK NO FURTHER! Natasha coordinated my wedding day, and did a phenomenal job. There's no way I could have pulled off my wedding without her. When you start planning a wedding, you put a lot of thought into the big decisions first, and you might never stop to think about all the TINY little details that will need to happen on the wedding day itself. There is so much to orchestrate - who is going to greet the vendors as they arrive and direct their set-up? Who is going to answer the florist's questions? Who is going to light the candles on all the tables before the reception begins? Who is going to make sure all the vendors get their remaining payments that are due on the wedding day? Who is going to organize the whole bridal party and tell them when to walk down the aisle? Who is going to clean up everything at 11:00pm after you and the new spouse have peaced out? Natasha did ALL of those little things that you as the bride would never be able to attend to while you're trying to get ready for the wedding, and ENJOY the day! It is money VERY well spent. Natasha did so much for us, and everything went incredibly smoothly. Everyone was telling me to be prepared to roll with the punches on your wedding day, because something will inevitably go wrong. But NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day, it was smooth sailing thanks to Natasha taking care of everything for us.
Cheryl was amazing... So accommodating and professional. She spoiled us at my daughter's bridal brunch from menu planning to clean-up. By serving and clearing each course, she let me really enjoy the time with our guests and her Creme Brulee French Toast with warm syrup and vanilla scented whipped cream was to die for! I would highly recommend Cheryl's services; so efficient and so delicious!

Ms. Davis helped in the planning and coordination of a cruise I went on in December 2014. Even though we are friends, she was very professional in her work. Since I am on a limited income she was extremely helpful in allowing me to work out the payments through an affordable monthly payment plan. I was impressed by the way she was able to bring so many of us together prior to sailing so that we would have an opportunity to bond and get to know one another. She went above and beyond by securing hotel accommodations and providing a time line for applying for passports and monies needed for expenses, etc. In the end, she was able to coordinate travelers for one cruise from three states into a cohesive and fun loving group. I would highly recommend Ms. Davis as a travel consultant, and in particular, to those of you who are first time travelers. She took care of all of the details, no matter how small, and I had a wonderful time. Overall, Ms. Davis provided excellent service and I look forward to cruising with her again in the future.

Never having heard of the company before, I wasn't 100% sure, but after speaking with Courtney and seeing the level of professionalism and knowledge she exhibited, I chose Chrisabethella Catering to cater my wedding. Catering involved into "Catering *and* Event Rentals," once Courtney explained her capabilities to also handle our event rentals. She was extremely flexible in the items I needed (our primary color was a very tricky shade of dark purple-blue), and was always patient with me as we went through the process of coordinating the right items. We had many late-in-the-game changes to our wedding, and through it all, Courtney was patient, responsive, and took the time to consult with me and make sure all of my questions were answered -- no matter how small or trivial they seemed. The fact that Courtney acted as a trusted advisor in my wedding planning process was amazing -- she went above and beyond to meet strict budgetary requirements, yet provided her professional opinion on if cutting X or Y would result in a lower quality service, or hinder the guest experience. As someone who did most of the planning on my own and who isn't too wedding-savvy, this type of assistance was invaluable. Did I mention that all of our guests loved the food, Courtney's team did a great job delivering everything on-time, and she even followed up with me that day to make sure we had everything we needed? I am so glad to have had such a wonderful caterer/rentals vendor who cared as much about staying within budget and providing guests with a quality experience as I did! I hired Kate to plan my wedding reception on relatively short notice, having a short engagement and soon realizing a reception would be too much. It's not much of a long shot to say Kate saved my wedding. She went far beyond the call of duty, put together a reception that matched perfectly with what I imagined after only a couple of conversations with me. Our chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha decided to take a different path and secured the services of 919 to handle the events our Educational Scholarship Ball. They managed the contract negotiations with the hotel, entertainment, publishing company and selected the décor for the event. The results of the event were extraordinary and the guests were highly pleased; therefore 919 have been retained for the 2016 event as well.
