This was my first time using Crown Pest Control. I had ants and once Crown Pest Control finished their process I had immediately noticed that the ants were dying and no more was coming. Great customer service and a wonderful reasonable price. Highly recommend them!! 5 stars!!

The representative arrived on time, was friendly, and answered all of my questions. The work was done efficiently and well. It has remedied the insect problem. I look forward to continuing to use them on a bimonthly basis. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating.

Hubert did a great job with our leaf removal and aerating/seeding project. He was quick to respond and did exactly what was asked and even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Plus it was all done well for a more than fair rate. Highly recommended and we will use him again for future projects.

I heard a scratching noise behind my washer and dryer about 5 weeks ago. I thought maybe it was a bird or mouse. I had a new A/C put in my house about a week ago. So, I hired another cheapo depo pest control company in Charlotte NC to check on this problem. It was a young tech that they sent out. I could tell he was new. He kept fast talking about maybe it was a birth or something but when he went in the back and checked the vents nothing was there. I was so relieved. I paid the guy $95.00 to tell me nothing was in the vent and he checked the attic and as he said everything was good. But it was not good. I heard a scratching the next day behind my dryer so I called Ryan At EASE pest control. I loved that he was a veteran. He was very Professional and explained everything to me. I had actually seen the mouse. Ryan set up baits in the kitchen, attic and around the washer/dryer. He did let me know there will be movement this week and he told the truth. I still hear the mouse. I really don't want to go in my kitchen. Lol. So I am just hoping he will eat the bait and die. Tganks Ryan....for helping me. Thanks.

The problem was bedbugs which was quite a surprise. A well known pest control couldn't find the problem. We called Michael at Friendly Pest Solutions. He was more thorough in his investigation and found the problem. His prices were reasonable. I would recommend his services to anyone. No more bugs!

I have mice in the attic and the kitchen; occasional wood roaches and a cricket infestation in my outside storage unit. Chad initially came out and assessed the situation. He confirmed the crickets which I originally thought were spiders. They're the size of a quarter! I was so grossed out by everything that I asked for his technician Joe to come out as quickly as possible. He arrived 2 days later. Joe is fearless! And very thorough. He sprayed a large swath of bug killer around the perimeter of my home, took care of the crickets in the storage shed with a hand sprayer, and laid traps for the mice in my attic, kitchen and the storage unit that houses my hot water heater. The assured me that the bug spray is not harmful to humans or house pets. He figured out why I'm getting the wood roaches, and it's a problem that I will unfortunately have to live with. If I see any critters, I am to call and they will come out again, otherwise they spray every quarter. A technician will check the mouse traps in one month, and adjust the number of traps based on the results. Chad and Joe both appear to be knowledgeable about their craft, and are willing to go the extra mile to assist a home owner.

Working with Jeff was very easy. He has plenty of experience and knows his trade. I asked him to give me an estimate on a drainage situation and he came up with an easier and less expensive plan than I had tried to figure out. He also was able to advise me on other things in my garden. I will call him again if I need extra landscaping help.

WOW! Aaron did an excellent job on picking up, delivering and laying nice red mulch in my front garden beds. will definitely continue to use! Very fast worker and actually cleans up after himself as well.
