JAY W. says, "Wow, I'm thoroughly impressed. The inspector of our house said there was a leak from our tankless water heater. We asked Option One Plumbing to come out and give us an estimate. Shannon arrived even a little early and looked at the water heater and saw that the condensation pipe had fallen out. She replaced the pipe and said that the moisture was normal and even expected with a Navien condensing tankless water heater. She was extremely nice and very professional. AND she didn't even charge me anything!! I'll be keeping Option One Plumbing in my list of contacts for anything related to plumbing in the future."See more

Reviews for Charlotte gas water heater service professionals on Thumbtack

From John B.

Honesty Services
Honesty Services
Worked with Honesty Mechanical to install a gas tankless water heater. They were very professional and removed the old water heater and showed up for every appointment on time and with a good attitude.

My only gripe with the situation was that I was not informed the city would have to come out and inspect the water heater before the gas could be connected to the water. It would have been good to hear that from the sales person, because I was without hot water for two and a half weeks. Not the fault of Honesty Mechanical, but feel like someone involved could have let me know the process and scheduled an inspection for the day after the water heater was installed.

Would definitely hire them again, very good and responsive customer service.

ZION plumbing and drain LLC
ZION plumbing and drain LLC
I would hire Zion plumbing and drain again in a heartbeat. He removed my old and installed a new gas water heater at my home. Very responsive, showed up when he said he would. Explained what needed to be done clearly and charged a fair price. Works was done very professionally. He also has great customer service!

The plumber was highly accommodating, going the extra mile to help me obtain the necessary parts under warranty, which saved me time and money. Their professionalism throughout the process was commendable, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of plumbing solutions and we will definitely reach out again for future needs.

American Plumbing and Drain

I had a great experience with RB at American Plumbing and highly recommend him. I noticed my water heater leaking at 9:30 at night and submitted my request. I noted in my request that I needed assistance ASAP to turn off the water heater as it was leaking badly. RB contacted me within a few minutes of submitting my request. I really appreciated the fact that he actually called me and walked me through the steps to turn off the gas and water. The next morning he arrived on time and clearly explained the issue. I decided on replacing the water heater. RB was able to work with my budget and was less than other quotes I received. Although the next lowest quote was able to come within a $200 difference, I had a really good feeling about RB. I am glad I decided to go with him and am happy with my purchase and service. I plan to use him for future plumbing projects.
