So far, I'm loving my Spanish lessons with Kareen. She's extremely patient and kind. I feel like I've learned so much already! Kareen clearly loves what she does, and that makes her ideal for the job.

Omar; is an excellent Spanish teacher, he takes his time explaining the sounds, the meaning. He makes sure that you learn how to pronounce and learn the punctuation of each word and syllables. I am very happy that I've select Omar as my Spanish tutor to help me on my journey to be becoming fluently in Spanish. We are only on lessons 1 and I feel so far, with his teaching skills that I've accomplished so much already.

Madam Marie is amazing! She is a star! She has made French so fun, so interesting for the kids. They look forward to Thursday lessons and in a very short time, they've learned many things and had fun doing it. She is truly a joy, great teacher and a very kind person. ๐Ÿ˜

Lourdes is easy to contact, on time, and always prepared. I am a beginning Spanish learner. She has a lot of patience. Lourdes pays attention during our class to where I am having problems and brings extra practice to work on those skills the next class. I believe that my vocabulary and grammar has improved greatly since I started tutoring with her in June. I highly recommend her.

Because, I hold myself to a high standard, for that reason, I often ask for feedback, and I never bill for a lesson in which the student or parent is not completely satisfied with my Spanish tutoring.

About

I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Winthrop University of Rock Hill. I have since taken 80 hours of coursework for medical interpretation, and I am about to take my oral exam to become a nationally certified medical interpreter. Additionally, I have a deep passion for music; I have been playing guitar and piano for about 12 years and recently I began learning the banjo. I understand music theory very well, but more importantly I can offer practice tips to help you advance. I am willing to work with students in terms of both hourly rate and location of lessons or tutoring. I do expect my prospective students to have a strong work ethic. I cannot make you a better musician, Spanish speaker, or anything for that matter; however, I can show you a path and offer suggestions on how to improve.
