First let me say great customer service goes a long way. That is one of the things I like most about working with my coach. He checks on me daily to see how things are going, offer advice and push me. He motivates me with all of my endeavors. Most of all my nutrition assistance is great! He is able to tailor my nutrition to fit every goal! I love being a client with HBF!
Neely is great! Her plans are specific to each person and it's obvious she knows what she's doing. Outside of training she is available to her clients with questions about your diet plan or workout plan. As with all things you get out what you put into it. If you stick to her plan you will see your body change.
Joel is an extremely knowledgeable and talented trainer. This guy seriously knows what he is doing, which is a big deal for people like me that do not have time and money to waste on a template workout program at a gym. He is very obviously very experienced and has the education to back up what he is doing. I contacted Joel to interview him after reviewing the company web site and we extremely impressed with the no pressure, partnership feel immediately. Also, his team helped me decide which diet decisions to make while I am on the road. Restaurants like fat guys like me and much of the food is like bait on a hook. All of the information that we discussed makes sense and now I know what to do within the bounds of my busy schedule. In less than 6 weeks, I have lost enough fat weight and gained muscle to see a significant difference. However, the real difference is with the confidence and the motivation to keep on track. With the concierge model, I can continue to keep my busy schedule without trips to a gym where the training help is not even close to the level of quality that Joel brings. Tiffany was an amazing trainer to have. She would help me out when I was struggling with injuries and was always understanding when something came up. She gave me exercising and workout plans when she or I would go on vacation to keep me on track as well. She didn't just focus on getting you in an out of the gym but also would check in on nutrition, give you feedback when the scale made you feel sad, or just give you a boost of energy when you needed it! I am sad she had moved away, but thrilled someone else will get to work with her awesomeness!
Most professional and knowledgeable trainer I've ever had. Harry trains myself and team members in my company at our gym and makes it convenient to also train in my home when unable to get to work....Working with a trainer and a nutritionist is a bonus! Harry is very good about explaining what you are doing and why....My kids have even had the opportunity to watch a work out and he was able to make fantastic suggestions for meal recovery from soccer for my "tween" daughter.....I was also very surprised once the word got out that our company was working with Harry to train, how many other professionals and companies were using him as well!!....Keeping bodies and minds healthy raises our production, lowers our sickness and injuries and is amazing for our positive mental attitude!!.....Harry is definitely the "best find" of 2014, and we are fortunate to start 2015 already in a fitness rhythm!!! Kelsey gave my daughter an in-home cooking lesson. She selected a wonderful menu and was very professional while still being flexible and fun with my daughter. The meal was also superb! My daughter had a wonderful time and is now inspired to be a young chef. Our experience was fantastic and I highly recommend Kelsey.

I have never worked with a nutritionist before (probably why I need one now, lol) but Heather has made me feel totally comfortable and answers all my questions fully. She makes herself available any time for her clients and that is so important for me with my work schedule and she never makes me feel like I'm bothering her. She's like consulting with a friend I've known for years but with better advice (: I'm pretty early in my program so I can't speak to long term results but I'm only part way through the first week and I can already feel a difference from just these few days! I should have done this years ago and would have had I known how nice it is to have a helping hand in getting my life back together.
Taylor is a joy to work out with and I enthusiatically recommend him. His attention to detail is something that struck me immediately. For instance, I worked out pretty early in the morning. He would always be there before me and would suggest I come earlier and finish warming up so that I could get more out of the workouts. I began using Carol after learning that I had early stage cancer on my vocal cord. After wasting an absurd amount of money on a trainer at a big box gym who didn't let me lift heavy, pushed supplements on me, and didn't seem to know how to return a phone call, finding Keith has been a huge blessing. The work out plans are phenomenal. The nutrition is spot on. And perhaps the best part about the whole thing is that Keith is willing to put together a plan for you no matter WHAT your goal. When I first met with him, I told him I was interested in bodybuilding. Instead of shying away from a challenge or trying to get me to lower my goal like the other "trainers" I talked to, he never hesitated and has been on my side since day one. He's always available if I need help, and is quite honestly one of the best, if not THE best, trainers I've ever worked with. Don't waste your time at big, pretty corporate gyms.
