It’s been really hard finding contractors that are honest and have quality work. Ivan was professional, communicative and fair with this estimates. He was able to schedule the work within a week out, and get it done in a day. I would highly recommend him for any roofing repairs or replacement needs. I’ve used many contractors since moving to the area and they have all over charged, showed up hours late or prolonged work that didn’t need to. Ivan is the only professional and fair contractor I’ve worked with. I would work with him on any future projects. It was a pleasant and transparent experience.

Ivan did an amazing job by diagnosing what was causing the leak in our roof and where it was. He took pictures from start to finish and explained in detail how he would fix it. He fixed our roof the same day he came out! It was much appreciated as we have a lot of raining days in the forecast. Not only did he fix the problem we hired him to do but also did a thorough inspection of the entire roof and touched up any potential issues. I would recommend this company and would certainly use them again if needed.

Tenants made me aware of a roof leak early Friday morning. I contacted Ivan and he was out same day to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. By mid day Saturday the roof was repaired. Couldn't ask for better turnaround time. Ivan was also incredibly responsive and professional. Will keep him in my contacts for future roofing issues. Overall, great experience!
