The entire staff takes personal interest into your development and I'm talking nutrition and weight training. It's a family atmosphere from the staff and the clientele which makes it even easier to go to each and every session.
My wife and I were looking for a complete package with working out and nutrition. we are not gym people, so having someone work with us at home was key. Joel contacted us first, and during the consultation he brought his associate Cullen. We went through the testing to see where we need to start, and where we would like to be in the future. Joel and Cullen were very professional, knowledgeable and non judgmental, which was important for my wife. They do not want you to do anything you do not want to do yourself, and will not push anything on you. based off our two hour first meeting, we hired Joel and his team to help us achieve our goals of a better lifestyle. We have our first session Wednesday Feb 3rd. The second part of this is you can meet with Mehgan, which we did last night to create a better plan for eating. She is fantastic, and wants to create long-term solutions that can be obtainable. She will meet with you and go over your entire history of eating habits and patterns. She will create a list of healthier substitute items for you, or recommend that you add little things to the foods you already eat for healthier living. We have only met with each of them, and after we work with them more, i will post more information about how well they work with me and my family. Most professional and knowledgeable trainer I've ever had. Harry trains myself and team members in my company at our gym and makes it convenient to also train in my home when unable to get to work....Working with a trainer and a nutritionist is a bonus! Harry is very good about explaining what you are doing and why....My kids have even had the opportunity to watch a work out and he was able to make fantastic suggestions for meal recovery from soccer for my "tween" daughter.....I was also very surprised once the word got out that our company was working with Harry to train, how many other professionals and companies were using him as well!!....Keeping bodies and minds healthy raises our production, lowers our sickness and injuries and is amazing for our positive mental attitude!!.....Harry is definitely the "best find" of 2014, and we are fortunate to start 2015 already in a fitness rhythm!!! My experience with training with Neely was....an @$$-kicking but I enjoy it. Like they say nothing comes easy and there was nothing easy about it but definitely worth the time effort. With the training and nutrition always changing, I saw the results from my hardwork, dedication and Neely pushing as hard as she could. I just wish I could have trained under Neely longer because with her guidance and vast knowledge I accomplished more than I ever thought I could. She has enhanced my understanding and knowledge about my nutrition, the foods I eat and how to count macros. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results I received from Mr. Springs training techniques. In two months time I was down 29lbs and gained strength in both my upper and lower body. My endurance is it an all time high and overall I just feel more energetic. He gave me that extra push when I needed it and gave me great nutritional advice. I was very pleased with his services and I'm thankful for the guidance in workouts and meal plans that he gave me. I highly recommend him as a trainer. He definitely gets the job done!
A few months back I told Franz that I picked up smoking and since I'm no longer competing as an athlete, who cares if I can run a mile? It was hard to find motivation to push myself. A week later Franz put me on to Obstacle Course Racing or Mud Runs. We picked one about 90 days out and he sends me workout tips to keep in mind while I'm traveling. I snapchat the exercises that he recommends to him and he gives me feedback. I'm not in the best shape of my life but I have found motivation to push for that extra rep, push for that extra minute with the jump rope and to push pass my competitors in my upcoming Bone Frog Challenge in Lakeland FL 12MAR16. I started personal training with Mirko in September of this year with a goal of weight loss and to improve my overall fitness. So far, Ive lost 20 pounds and just generally feel better. He is an amazing trainer! He is very kind and patient in explaining any new exercises and he is knowledgeable about nutrition information as well. I have knee problems and Mirko tailors exercises so that I dont injure myself while still getting a great workout. He is super encouraging, supportive and pushes you to do your best. I would definitely recommend Mirko for anyone looking for personal training!
I began using Carol after learning that I had early stage cancer on my vocal cord. I was fortunate that the cancer was treatable with surgery, but I wanted to give myself the best possible chance of remaining cancer free. After researching the impact of diet on cancer I felt like I needed a nutritionist who would work with me to translate all the data and design a plan that made sense. I didn't want to inconvenience my family with what might be an unusual diet, so I also wanted someone who would prepare meals for me so I could have food ready to eat for lunches and dinner. I've been using Carol's services as both Nutritionist and Chef for over 6 months now and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who's interested in a healthy diet but not willing to sacrifice great tasting food in the bargain! I have never worked with a nutritionist before (probably why I need one now, lol) but Heather has made me feel totally comfortable and answers all my questions fully. She makes herself available any time for her clients and that is so important for me with my work schedule and she never makes me feel like I'm bothering her. She's like consulting with a friend I've known for years but with better advice (: I'm pretty early in my program so I can't speak to long term results but I'm only part way through the first week and I can already feel a difference from just these few days! I should have done this years ago and would have had I known how nice it is to have a helping hand in getting my life back together.
