Our church was having internal network connectivity issues. The wireless bridging failed, effectively isolating the workstations from each other and the internet even though we were connected to the local internet.
John traveled to Landis, NC to assess the situation and provide a solution. He arrived before the appointed time, listened to our problem, asked questions to get information he needed, and set about to resolve the issue. He was there about 1 and 1/2 hours.
While John was there to provide a professional service, we also took time to chat and get to know him better. We were impressed with the knowledge John possessed and that he so quickly had the issue resolved. He did make sure that we could use our work stations and the connectivity issues were resolved prior to leaving.
John also took time to answer some questions in general that we "newbies" had in regards to using wireless work stations, and even the internet, which was not part of the service call. He was patient with us, and it helped us greatly that he would explain the answers in terms we could understand and didn't use a lot of technical terms we couldn't.
I can't think of anything that would have improved our experience, but I might also add, that we have asked questions since that time and John has been willing to answer those without making a service call.
It is evident that John is knowledgeable in his field and very good at what he does. We would highly recommend John for your needs.
