Everything went well..the servicemen knew what the problem was, and with the cost of new appliances, told me it would be better to purchase a new washing machine than repair...so..I appreciate their experience in leading me to the right decision for me..

Ivan diagnosed and repaired my dryer which would not start. The diagnostic price was great and he figured out the issue very quickly. However, for the initial diagnostic visit he called about a half hour before the appointment to tell me that we would need to reschedule due to an appointment running long. Because of this delay, he would be unable to get any parts for the repair until the next business day, which happened to be Monday, so we would be unable to use our dryer all weekend. I had to convince him to come late anyway even if he could only diagnose the issue without being able to repair it. I understand that appointments run long sometimes, but I gave four stars because of the last minute notification. When Ivan came back he fixed the problem in no time and it's running great again and the company has a 90 day guarantee on the repair. Ivan was polite, knowledgable and efficient.

After calling this company for a second opinion that came out right away diagnose the problem had to refrigerator fixed for under $200 when I was quoted $500 for repair these guys are great wonderful and honest thank you so much

TrueBlue performed a basic siding repairs at my home. Good price and overall professional company to work with.

Very responsive and reliable and on time (showed up 20 mins early). Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of price I was quoted for repair. After doing research and math on the 3 parts he said need replaced, they all come to a total of $54. The total price I was quoted was $238 for everything. Which means I’ll pay about $184 in labor which I think is a bit much considering the amount of competition. After getting diagnostic results I contacted different vendor who quoted me $150 for everything including parts. And that was just the first person I contacted. Sure I can find someone else a little less

David was quick to reply & very affordable in comparison to other vacuum and electronic repair places I had called for an estimate. He charges $25 to come out to your home, and if you decide to get hire his services for repair, he applies the $25 to the purchase of parts and labor. He was courteous and knew what he was doing. He fixed my Dyson vacuum cleaner quickly right in my home. I would definitely use him again and refer him to everyone out there. 😊👍🏼
