FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is $55 per session. If you refer a friend that joins the gym ($20/month) and trains with me for at least 4 sessions then you get your next session free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to either meet in person or talk on the phone with the client before we get started. I want to know who I am working with, and I'm sure you do too. Things that we will discuss are goals, medical history, restrictions, past experience with exercise/working out/personal training. Next, I like to do a physical assessment of the client to see if there are any muscular imbalances or distortions in common compound movements that I should be aware of. Finally, we will start your training based on your goals, experience lifting/exercising, and your overall body's condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I'm also a diabetic that has had passion for fitness and nutrition since I was 12. I mainly focused on power-lifting in my past but have since started to focus mostly on body-building.
