FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 dollars is the highest I'll go for an hour, and that's for just one session. If you want to sign on for a month of at least two sessions per week, that'll drop to $45. If you get three months of the same, it'll be $40. That said, I'm an easy guy to get along with: If you forget to bring your wallet or something of that nature, we'll still have a great session on the honor system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first two free sessions will be a consultation: I'll get to see where you're at, see how we need to work moving forward, and you'll get to see if you like my approach and want to stick with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED/First-aid training from the American Red Cross, with education in working with clients with a wide range of health conditions.
