I am a beginner, up in age, with many different health issues and I've always been searching to find the one thing that brings a balance and healing within. I stopped myself from trying yoga because of my state of health and being. But Don Byers has guided me carefully through each pose and sequence and breath without any complications. I CAN DO THIS😊 and more important my energy systems are waking up and I feel as though my mind, body and spirit becomes one during class🙏🏼 My ailments are improving greatly and I feel so balanced and at peace after class☺️ Everything in class can be implemented into every part of your daily life. Lindsay was the instructor that really got me into yoga. Being a beginner is intimidating but she was able to show me the poses and encourage my acheivements. I love her hands-on approach. She also encouraged my husband who has had chronic back issues for years. He know practices yoga moves on his own every day and has seen a huge improvement in his back issues -- and his golf swing!

I cannot say enough good things about Debby's yoga instruction. I first met her as a yoga student in my classes, and now she is one of my favorite teachers and collegues. Her vast knowledge of anatomy, masssage therapy and natural medicine is such a wonderful foundation for her yoga. She is acutely aware of personal needs, abilities and challenges and is passionate about safety.
