My workout is always something that I look forward to. I get the encouragement and guidance I need to keep me motivated. My workout is at my pace and level of endurance and never anything on can't handle. In that past 8 months I've gone from someone that due to some issues with my hips & knees didn't want to exercise because of the pain to someone who looks forward to going to the gym every week.

I was on the 12 week workout/meal plan.Starting weight 224 size 16. I started seeing results in 3 weeks.Week 5 I was 207 size 12 then I started getting lazy. I didnt give it my all the last few weeks of the workout plan but I stuck with the meal plan. By the end of 12 weeks I was still a size 12 but I was 192. Im going to give it another try because the custom workout/meal plan really works you just have to stick with it.
My mother and myself are for the first time after other gym experiences, really pleased and feel at "home" now. I personally have hated exercising in the past and usually lasted about a month at previous gyms but James, our trainer, has turned me around. I also see my 84 year old mother exercising on a program set up for her James, who is always there to help her when she forgets what to do next, she is doing so well!
