Hornet Moving did an exceptional job. They are very friendly and professional. I lived in a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator, narrow stair case, and very large furniture. They were able to get everything down without a scratch. Blake and Brad were very friendly and professional. They did an exceptional job. They worked very efficiently and were able to complete my job in 4 hours (other moving companies quoted me a minimum 5 hours). Their prices are great compared to other large companies and they are bonded (insured) the same as the large companies and much more friendly. I was very happy with their product and would highly recommend them to anyone moving in the Charlotte area.
I had a great moving experience with American Moving and Hauling. I am also storing my things in their facility until I make my final move, which isn't an option with most moving companies. The quote was very reasonable and the process was made very easy. Montini Jones and his crew moved me out of my apartment and into storage. They were meticulous and did an incredible job making sure things were packed appropriately, covered in bags to protect them during storage, etc. They were all professional and worked to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company for moving!
I hired Get It Home to move my law office furniture. The movers were courteous, quick, and efficient, while still handling my furniture with care. They wrapped all pieces with moving blankets and cellophane to ensure that nothing got dinged, scratched, or broken. I've used several different moving companies around the Charlotte area (approx. 6) for both personal and professional moves and Get It Home is by far the best! I no longer have to search for a moving company that won't damage my furniture! In fact, the day they moved my office, several other businesses in the building asked for their number after seeing what an excellent job they did!!! Thanks guys!!!
I hired Ray to do a last minute move that consisted of a vintage piano and artwork. Very expensive. The move was from Tegan Cay, to Dilworth. Ray showed up 10 mins early with two workers. They completed the move with caution and close attention to details, much faster than I anticipated, with no damages. I definitely recommend Ray's Moving services.
moving is always a stressful time, & i have had to move a lot over the years (due to my career) but i must say this last move was by far the most pleasant of all. i researched & spoke with several moving companies, & Winston-Salem Moving & Storage was a Great choice to go with!! Chad Stewart was very helpful & his prices were by far the Best!! this was a almost last minute move & Chad was able to fit my needs. His staff members, Mike, William, & Chad B, were on time, very polite, very careful, very hardworking & showed Great team-men-ship!!! they never once complained & i have a lot of heavy & large furniture. if it were possible i would rate them 10 stars!!! & will call on them again when i need anything moved!! Move and Go came to my rescue! Due to a last minute change in plans, they were able to schedule my move in a day when other moving companies couldn't accommodate my time frame. Move and Go also had the best bang for your buck! They were efficient and took care in taking apart larger pieces, while they wrapped the rest. The movers were incredibly nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend them for any of your moves.

From the minute I completed my request on Thumbtack, Global Professionals emailed within 10 minutes with a great quote. After I accepted, CJ called each day to make sure he didn't miss anything and that I didn't have any questions or concerns, until moving day. I was downsizing from a 3800sf home to a 1300sf home and was already stressed to my limit. CJ and his team of 6 guys showed up at the exact time they said they would, came in with 2 trucks and worked like a choreographed group of ants. All of the guys were so respectful to me and each other and did whatever CJ told them to. They each introduced themselves to me with a handshake and their name (can't remember the names but remember the faces), I heard yes ma'am to me, thank you brother to them helping each other, there was no cursing, no backtalk, they took very few breaks as a group and none individually, wrapped my furniture and artwork in blankets and shrinkwrap and even kicked off their shoes to keep my floors clean! We even needed a 3rd truck and I was very pleased with the overall price. These guys worked tirelessly for 12 straight hours and the only thing I had to do was point to the rooms where stuff went and as an artist I had a lot of stuff! You hear the nightmare stories of moving companies but not this one. I had no damaged pieces and they broke down and re-assembled my furniture and placed it where I requested. I smiled the whole time as I couldn't believe how easy they made it for me! I was so thankful about the whole experience I gave each worker a tip that they immensely appreciated and I suggest you do the same when you book Global Professionals, you won't regret it! Renea and Tawanda were a great team. Very responsive to all my questions prior to the cleaning as well as once here. Polite, friendly and on time. They were professional, efficient, and knew what to do. As far as their cleaning it was great. However, pricing is a third higher than others and I did not receive any more for the additional cost. Otherwise, a great experience. It was a pleasure meeting both.

On several occasions I have had to contact Mr bryant, to help me out in moving furniture an appliances. An overall we got the job done . I would definitely use him again.
Shaverstone has done two stone projects for me, a retaining wall that looks dry-stacked but is actually mortared with a broad top for sitting, and a flagstone patio/walkway. The retaining wall looks beautiful, even nicer than I had hoped and has been in place for several years now with no problems at all. The flagstone walkway included solving a major drainage problem. Shaverstone had to remove several tons of clay soil, then install a gravel bed, a French-drain system that routed water to a dry well in the backyard, then more gravel. The flagstone was then laid on top with polymer sand which locks the flagstones in place but allows water to permeate through to the drain system. It was a complicated, heavy job, but Shaverstone did it wonderfully. We have not had any drainage problems since this was done, and the flagstone patio/walkway gets compliments all the time. It is beautiful. Shaverstone has also done a couple of other smaller jobs for us, another drainage problem in a different area--solved, and a rain garden where the downspout water is routed and then soaks into the ground instead of running off. We have been very happy with Shaverstone. They have done exactly what we asked and have always done a beautiful job, always more beautiful than we had hoped.
Very few moving companies actually deliver on their promises. One of those companies is Pick Up Mover. I hired them to move my belongings since I started a new job in different state. They gave me a very reasonable quote and arrived on time with all the necessary equipment. Their workers were very efficient and apt at their job. I have heard from so many friends about their disastrous experience with moving companies. They surely haven’t hired this company!
If I could give 10 stars I would give this company 10 stars . Luis was extremely professional in every way. Luis and his crew were always on time and they came in and got the job done in a timely manner just as he quoted. He stayed at the price that he quoted from the start of the job. We are hiring him for other jobs for our home in the near future. He is honest and can't be beat for the beautiful work he does . He is also very friendly. His helper Matt knows what he needs done and it's like they read each other's minds when it comes to the jobs they do. Awesome teamwork and I am going to give them a 10??????????
