I had the privilege of working with Amber when I catered one of her yoga retreats in Asheville, NC. She was lovely to work with prior to the event and during the retreat, sending me clear lists of foods to avoid and include which made everything run smoothly and efficiently! I was nearby in the kitchen during her yoga instruction and she attended to everyone on an individual level as well as a united group. Patient and positive, I would recommend her services to anyone looking for an instructor or just a positive force in your life!
I cannot say enough good things about Debby's yoga instruction. I first met her as a yoga student in my classes, and now she is one of my favorite teachers and collegues. Her vast knowledge of anatomy, masssage therapy and natural medicine is such a wonderful foundation for her yoga. She is acutely aware of personal needs, abilities and challenges and is passionate about safety. Whether group or individual sessions, she is easily able to customize yoga so there is something for everyone. Debby is kind and compassionate, and her lighthearted teaching style makes everyone comfortable, allowing them to fully benefit from the practice.

I am a challenge for any yoga teacher. A number of permanent injuries to several parts of my body makes it is difficult for me participate in normal yoga classes, and when I met Karen three years ago I was very despondent about my ability to create a sustainable yoga practice. With great empathy and skill, Karen reconnected me with my body. She spent many hours researching my issues and devised creative alternates to many classic yoga poses, alternatives that were possible despite my physical limitations. Karen’s belief that I could push beyond my own fear gave me the courage to begin to enjoy using my body again, and trust that it wouldn’t let me down. What a precious gift!

My 3 and 5 year old sons have been taking kids yoga classes with Yolanda for almost two years and they love it! She has so much patience with each of them and has found ways for them to find their strengths through their classes. It has helped them to follow directions and find ways to focus and calm down. Both boys have really gained confidence and we are so proud when they talk about how they are grounded, kind and loved! We would highly recommend Yoga with Yolanda!
I have had the opportunity to participate in the yoga/horse adventure and private coaching. I have to say, it was so eye opening. Jeannine has a natural instinct that helps coordinate the whole process to help a person (me) pay attention to how I am being and how I am showing up in situations. In the private coaching, I struggled with taking the test. But, having Jeannine walk me thru my way of dealing with stress, or happiness or day to day living, has been extremely helpful. I try to read and re-read my notes. I am beginning to catch myself when stress comes up and saying: "Do I really want to show up like that?" It sure helps diffuse situations and bring more clarity to choices. I would totally recommend EVERYONE take some time to work with Jeannine. Learn to set your new goals for a happier, more prosperous, "Living Consciously" life! ( the horse/yoga....THE BEST thing you can do for yourself and your sanity!!)
Amelia is an extremely knowledgeable teacher who, over the past year has opened up the world of yoga to me. As a novice Amelia has helped me immensely with my own practice and once I heard she was holding private lessons I was ecstatic. She was able to work around my weird work schedule as well meet me where I wanted to practice. I could not recommend her enough for private lessons as she has afforded me growth not only in my personal practice but also mentally. Amelia also just recently began leading meditations that, again, have helped me out personally so much. She’s knowledgeable, her cues are simple to understand and she has an ability to read the student and to help them with their needs in the studio.
