- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an independent Home Inspector my fees are generally less than most home inspection companies that have multiple inspectors on their payroll.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are called promptly and their needs and concerns regarding the inspection are discussed. If the client is comfortable with the initial discussion regarding the inspection a fee will be offered for the inspection service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
