In the advanced class, she did a great job of building up to the advanced poses and offering modifications along the way. She was attentive and provided individual instruction on proper adjustments. Her tone of voice is soothing and she creates a calming, enjoyable atmosphere. I look forward to my next class with her and highly recommend!
