After working with Max for a couple of months now, I could not be happier with my experience. I came to Max with a simple goal to lose weight. However, Max has helped me to develop a healthier lifestyle - combining exercise (detailed daily at-home workouts aligned with training sessions) and nutrition (reviewing meal logs weekly). I was apprehensive in finding a personal trainer, but Max has made me feel comfortable and confident. Max is knowledgeable, friendly and always encouraging. Just finished my first training session with Elton. He is knowledgable, respectful and well spoken. He tailored our workout so that it was possible to keep motivated and challenged but it wasn't beyond my fitness level. He made sure I was using the correct form and technique with each movement, so as to maximize calorie burning while remaining safe. Elton is extremely professional and even shared his profound knowledge in thoughtful breathing / breathing exercises. I know I will be returning for more training sessions with Elton and can't wait to see the results in a few months!! I highly recommend him.

I am a former Certified Nautilus Fitness Trainer from 1980s but have not worked out in 25 years. I can say that Eric knows his stuff. He is refreshing my memory on many keys to successful workout routine. I am very pleased with what he has designed around my goals. I had Derrick as my personal trainer for roughly a year or so when I was 18 years old. I had no knowledge regarding physical training despite being psychically active and playing sports growing up. Donna worked with me for a year. When we started I was out of shape. I could tell, as it was hard for me to get up from a sitting position on the floor. She planned and encouraged me through excercises that over time greatly improved my strength and flexibility. She has the ability to know the correct excercises for your fitness level, while being a great motivator.

Danny has taken my training to a whole new level. I do mean training not just exercise. My husband and I were looking for someone who could coach us through linear progression barbell training.
