We came home late from vacation, our kiddoes jumped in the master shower & used it like a pirate ship in a storm Water all over the bathroom floor & on the carpet in the adjacent bedroom (we had a door put in that wall so both adults can have access to the master bath). We cleaned it up, but still came downstairs to water lines on the ceiling. Like most, our home is our biggest investment we own, & the severity of navigating how to protect and restore it felt daunting. Thomas immediately answered the phone, reached out to Marcus ("the water guy" in the operation) & then circled back to make sure we connected- you don't often see that kind of follow-up in businesses today. Marcus was apologetic that he had no availability THAT DAY but we scheduled the following morning. What we appreciated the most- even more than his friendly nature, but which was also true- was that he explained what he was doing & why in order to gather his information to make his diagnosis. He then had an honest risk/benefit discussion with us, giving his expertise & pointing out the pros & cons of full replacement vs letting things dry out (which was already naturally occurring, & a reasonable option) & ways to maximize those efforts. We fully appreciate an honest, competent individual with the heart of a teacher, who offered his expertise, but ultimately created the space for us to make our own informed decision.
