Introduction: Hello, I'm Coach Aaron and I have been in the personal training industry for 6 years now. I grew up playing football and lacrosse and that's where my passion for fitness began. I started Torrent Strength because I love helping people move better and showing them that you don't have to live in pain or discomfort. I want to empower others to learn and be able to accomplish workouts on their own in a safe and effective way!

Aaron is an excellent trainer. On time, focused, flexible, and thorough. If you're looking for any level of strength training, rehabing, sports performance, etc, he will set you up with a great plan and guide you through it. Highly recommend Aaron!

Working with Aaron has been some of the best training Ive ever had! His attention to detail, and willingness to work with you is second to none. I really don't know where to begin with this review, there are too many good things to say about Aaron. He is the BEST trainer I have ever had the pleasure to train under. He is very patient and listens to your concerns. He goes above and beyond to fit you to the right program. I followed this guy from another gym which was a great place to train too. He is great with correcting bad form and perfecting it, to get the right muscles working and prevent injury. I am in his group training sessions right now which are a good and affordable way to train if personal training is too much. I travel 30 miles to train with this guy and its worth every mile.
