Mr. Lopez re screened my patio, and painted the front and back entry to my rental property. He also made other reports to make the property ready to show potential tenants. He started a day earlier than promised, and was very professional. His work was top notch, and made me appreciate the home all over again. Fred met with me on just a few days notice. We met at the property, he looked it over and was done in just a few minutes. We then had a follow up in which he talked about the available options and programs that his company had to offer. Paramount Realty Solutions really does try to provide a solution, not just a cookie cutter approach, to rental property and investment real estate. I'd recommend them to anyone in Wake County looking to truly maximize their rental potential.

Overall good experience with the management of our rental property. Only frustration I have had is with updattung our financial accounts. I asked them to do it and they referred me to theor on-line system they call the "owners portal" or they said I could send them a voided check. I didn't know how to use the owners portal so I sent them an email photo of a voided check so they could update my Info. The next month rolled around and nothing had changed, so I contacted them again and they referred me back to the owners portal. Finally I had me wife deal wife it since she knew how to use that system. That's really the only disappointment I have had. I would give them: 5 for communication 5 for getting service workers out to fix problems. 5 for transferring financial transaction 5 for advertising and finding renters 3 for their service updating bank account information

I have been living in a rental property managed by Christian for over a year and he has made renting very enjoyable and stress-free. When I first signed, he explained the lease in a thorough and straightforward manner. Since then, he has been very prompt and helpful whenever a small maintenance problem has arisen, from replacing an old appliance to investigating a leaking HVAC unit in the middle of the night. He has always been professional and courteous, and I really appreciate his hard work!
