After only 4 years of having a new roof installed the installer had gone out of business and there was a leak. Nikita quickly responded agreeing to help me file a claim with the shingle company if needed. Instead he quickly found the issue which wasnt a defective shingle. He sent me a video and picture of where the water was getting in. In no time he had the problem fixed and sent another picture of the repair.Nikita and Kong Roofing are awesome!! Thank you so much!

Very easy to work with, Mike walked me through the whole process with insurance and was able to get insurance cover the replacement. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and had the entire project done before 5. Roof looks great! Would definitely recommend!

Can't say enough for how helpful Julian from Kong roofing was. Incredibly professional and personable. I had noticed some moisture forming in my ceilings and Julian was able to help quickly diagnose the issue. Unlike most contractors, it didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on unnecessary costly repairs. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in the Raleigh area.
