Yeong's yoga practice should be part of everyone's daily practice. I started with Yeong with lower back problems and a host of other achy areas. When you are in Yeong's class you feel you have a personal trainer in Yeong. She teaches you how to treat your body and what you can do to stay physically healthy. I owned my aches and pains and through yoga had a much healthier lifestyle. I recently injured my arm. With massage and Yeong'shared stretching techniques, no exaggeration, my last massage I felt 40-50% better. That was a huge improvement. The constant pain associated with the injury was tensing up many other connecting tissues. What a relief after the massage. I highly recommend both the yoga and massage with Yeong.

i am a beginner level at yoga and am often intimidated about being in class with others. Laura does a great job of explaining and pacing the positions such that i was able to follow her instructions and not feel left out. she has great energy and a kind spirit and i highly recommend this yogi.

Courtney is a lifesaver, literally!! I had been going through some personal issues with my spouse and two teenage sons. After going down the traditional path of therapy, I was getting nowhere and was actually feeling worse about myself. I contacted Courtney and she responded promptly to my request. Immediately, I could sense her warmth, positivity and nonjudgmental personality. Courtney provided a listening ear and gentle guidance. I felt valued and accepted. Together we identified the issues, made a plan and set realistic goals, which to my amazement, I have met! As a result, I have a renewed appreciation for my life. I am more relaxed, in better health physically and emotionally. I have a positive outlook and I now look forward to being the best person I can be. Courtney has a diverse background in counseling, meditation, yoga instruction, nutrition and wellness. You can't go wrong! Thank you Courtney, you are a gem!

This could be a very long review because Ross Butterworth is the very best yoga instructor!! Ross can walk into any class and just know what the students need. He doesn't just call out poses. He talks through the whole class, while doing the poses himself AND watching each student. He offers help when needed. We do a lot of different yoga breathing exercises, learn about meditation, and balancing our bodies. I was in an auto accident over 3 years ago. Ross's yoga classes have been a tremendous help while on my road to recovery. I am still working through that trauma with the help of Ross's yoga. I am sure I would be taking the strong pain meds. prescribed by my physician if I had not continued with yoga even when I didn't feel like going. Yoga is now a part of my life thanks to Ross!

Abbey's Wednesday lunchtime yoga classes are a nice balance of challenging and relaxing. And, her use of Young Living Essential Oils during savasana is a lovely added benefit.

I have been studying yoga and meditation with Amritari for almost one year. I was having a lot of pain when I first started working with her and she patiently guided me with gentle movements that relieved my pain, as well as breathing techniques that calmed my anxiety. I have really enjoyed doing yoga in her screened porch that overlooks a beautiful pond surrounded by grass and trees. Seeing the geese sailing on the pond is very nice too. She also has an infrared sauna and I have found this to be very relaxing and therapeutic.

Sara's Yoga for Cops classes are wonderful. She doesn't just take a "generic" approach to the classes, instead she takes the time to understand the types of stress that police officers experience every day, and then works on relieving that stress during her class. Sara brings a positive attitude and sense of humor to her class that makes non-yoga aficionados comfortable.
