I was lucky to come across Meagan last year when searching for a day of coordinator. Even though I was having a smaller wedding of about 75-80 people I realized that having someone there on the day of to help make sure things went smoothly would be crucial to relieving some stress. Meagan did a great job of making that happen! She helped us through an efficient rehearsal process and checked on me throughout the day of the wedding. She did a great job of helping set up my decorations and even thought of some great last minute details to make the most of the flowers I ordered. She even rearranged some of the vases to make them look even better. Meagan also made all of the cake pops for the wedding and they were delicious and looked great with the theme and decorations. I would highly recommend working with Meagan to make your wedding day memorable and stress free!

Amy was amazing. We acquired her services for day of that really meant month of planning. Our only regret not having her for the whole process. Oak and Dagger was a pleasure to work with start to finish-- from the planning of our event to the execution! Our particular event was a 50-60 guest “meet and mingle” with some business training mixed in. We did an hour of “brews and bites” followed by a PowerPoint seminar and Q&A session, spending the remainder of our evening socializing and relaxing in the fun brewery atmosphere with our customers. Oak and Dagger was an excellent venue for this with their back bar dedicated to our event, and the semi-private seating area was ideal for our presentation. Assistant General Manager Rachel Bender responded quickly to my information request with details, pricing, and availability. Chef Monica Molina worked with me on selecting food and beverages to fit our budget and a range of tastes and it was delicious and presented well-- not your average, boring banquet food. On-site, the event staff was friendly, helpful, and pro-active in meeting our needs for setup, service, and breakdown-- thank you to our server, Drew, and bartender, Duke. Their location is convenient and easy to find, and parking is ample and free. Whether you’re planning a personal or business event, this professional event planner highly recommends considering Oak and Dagger Public House!
At our first meeting I was very impressed with how prepared, organized, timely, and thorough Bliss was. She took a great deal of time making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. We had a very short engagement, two months to be exact. Also we had a very tight budget. Bliss made sure we stayed on budget. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without Blissful Celebrations to help me plan and put my wedding together. Bliss was amazing!!
I hired Paris to direct my wedding the week before. I did not have flowers or a cake and had to change venues at the last minute. Paris was able to work in a limited time frame and pulled off an almost impossible job! I thought I was going to have to cancel my wedding but she saved the day. Thanks!
Emily is very professional, organized and courteous. She was a tremendous help when we planned our wedding. At first, we only hired her to assist with the day of coordination, but as we got into the planning, we asked her to help with vendors- we were thrilled with the excellent job she did coordinating services and payments. Through out the process she continued to help us by taking on additional services, going above and beyond in all she did. The week of the wedding, we ended up have a significant venue change due to folks planning to attend who did not RSVP. (We should have had her help with the invite listing and follow-up too!) Emily helped us to switch gears and re-direct quickly with the hotel. I would definitely hire Emily with Galej Events again and would highly recommend her! Paula & Richie
Elizabeth was a huge help when planning my wedding. The planning process got a little overwhelming on my own but she knew exactly what needed to be done and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything was on point from the food to the music to the atmosphere. My birthday was last year and people are STILL talking about it, anticipating this year's blowout.
Makiba is the most upbeat, creative and organized person to work with. Her outgoing personality always renewed my excitement about my upcoming day each time I met with her. She is extremely driven and her high level of motivation only encouraged me even more to get stuff done off my never-ending check list. She stayed on top of me to get stuff done! But that was necessary because if she didn't, a lot of stuff probably would have been very last minute - or not done at all. I had a handful of DIY projects in mind to do - but I kept procrastinating. If it wasn't for Makiba, they honestly would not have gotten done at all! I'm so thankful she helped me with (or either did them herself!) my DIY projects. They added a really nice personal touch to my wedding and reception that would have been missing otherwise. I'm so thankful she helped me as much as she did. I could not imagine not having her there the day of my wedding - she handled so many behind-the-scene tasks that I was not aware of and probably would have stressed me out if I did!
