I used Laura for a yoga session at my bachelorette party and couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Not only was she punctual, professional, knowledgeable and a joy, she tailored her class to exactly what I had asked for (more stretching/less strenuous). Lisa is an incredibly talented yoga teacher. She makes everyone feel special and is terrific at helping folks address specific body issues. She gave me a lot of help when I was having lower back problems and had very useful advice. She has a deep knowledge of the benefits of poses and is great to work with one-on-one or in a class setting. Her yin class absolutely got me through my pregnancy and I would recommend it to anyone with an interest in calming and healing the mind and body.
