Cameron is an amazing instructor. I started off taking drum classes from him as a part of his graduate work, and enjoyed the classes so much I decided to take them privately. Mr. Shoemaker has a good way of figuring out where people are at with their skill level and giving them goals and tips to help them improve. I consider it an honor to have taken classes from him.

I am EXTREMELY flexible and will orient my lesson plan around my student's wants as well as making sure they learn the necessary components to play the instrument. Fun is a huge part of my lesson plan and I am just as fun as I am a good teacher! Just give me a shot and you will see.

I have been playing music for over 10 Years. I started on piano before moving on to drums/percussion in high school. From there, I attended UNO as music major, which is when I began teaching. I also received my associate's from MCC in video and audio communications. There, my scope widened to include photography, video recording and editing, as well as audio recording and editing. I currently teach at Schmitt Music in Omaha, and I am finishing what I started at UNO in the music program.
