Latest Review: Mike was fantastic. Did multiple lessons with my teenage son and saw great results. His lessons helped bring my son to new levels in his play while keeping the experience both fun and exciting. Something which isn't an easy with a teen. Super professional too. Highly recommend.

Latest Review: I met Sue over two years ago and sat and discussed my overall goals as far as fitness and where I wanted to be. I have crushed those goals and much more. In the past year I have accomplished so many things I never imaged, running competitively, benching over 100lb, squatting more than my weight, etc. I think Sue's energy is great and believe she picked the right career move because she is a great personal trainer.

Latest Review: Having lived abroad for a number of years I was nervous about finding a personal trainer to support me with getting back into a routine of health and wellbeing. That is until I found Diane. Diane is an amazing trainer who knows when to push you, but listens to how you are in order to know when not to push you. She strategies with you and creates exercises and diets that work with you and your schedule . She does this in order to get them maximum benefit of your time spent with her and in order to increase the longevity of your workout routine later on. She is a very caring individual who enjoys working with people as well as our four legged friends. I cannot recommend her enough. I have encouraged my family (all ages) to visit her and work with her. NH is lucky to have her right downtown. Thanks, Diane!

Latest Review: Rob is not only a great guy but a very knowledgeable trainer. I was a little hesitant to hire a male trainer but he made me feel very comfortable. His nutrition plan was very helpful with me reaching my goals ! I would highly recommend Rob.

Latest Review: If you've been thinking about working with a personal trainer to improve your fitness; stop thinking and DO IT NOW! I've 'worked out' for years, but could never achieve the level of fitness/strength that I was working towards, because I wasn't working hard enough...and more importantly I lacked the correct form. I've been working with Michelle for 16 weeks and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She motivates me to work hard every single time! I've performed exercises that I didn't think it was possible for me to do. She has a wealth of fitness knowledge and just when I think I've seen all the exercises, she teaches me a new one, so I never feel like I'm doing the same old workout. She's a pleasant and professional person to work with and I respect her expertise. She has an innate sense of clients' stamina and how much weight they can lift/squat/press. I've lost a few pounds because building muscle burns ?more calories, but it is some other smaller changes that have surprised me. For example; automatically standing up straighter with better posture because my upper back muscles are stronger and pulling my shoulders back into alignment with my spine. My only regret is not working with a personal trainer SOONER. So don't wait any longer, get off your butt and call Michelle, today!
