- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Because we have found that most people gets estimates for almost double what we charge. That is crazy! You may ask: why are we able to charge the lower price? Because... we have a crew of 21 professionally trained roofers. We can start and finish any roofing job in one day. That is why we are the only roofing company to offer you the "One-Day" roofing guarantee. If you do each roof in one day, you can get many more roofs done than the average roofing company. Hence; we can charge less than our competition.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet them in person and determine their trustworthiness. Ask questions, and see if their answers meet your objectives. Determine what is most important to you (as a homeowner) in getting your roof done in the most professional manner as possible. Customer service, and how quickly the roofing company responds, and gets you your estimate is super important. Rate the company by how responsive the company was with you while getting your quote. Did the company provide you with testimonials, Insurance documents, and any sort of guarantee? Be sure to have everything answered, so you are comfortable with this business transaction.
