I love yoga with Lacy! She is a awesome instructor. When I moved, I tried so many new classes but felt like many people didn't have the training I desired. I was in heaven when I found Lacy. Lacy had a good understanding of poses and is able to use verbal cues to help you to find proper alignment. She also is not afraid to gently help correct you when you are doing something wrong without making you feel embarrassed. Her voice is soothing and she has the best playlists!

Mary-Sarah is my daughters Irish dance instructor. My daughter has never had instruction in dance, and I have to say that I am amazed at how far she has come, in a very short amount of time! Mary-Sarah runs a great program that makes all who are involved feel very comfortable, and the students, confident. Comunication is great between students and parents. I feel we are getting a very fair price for great instruction. I would recomend The Flying Irish dance/yoga studio to anyone. I'm thrilled to be a part of The Flying Irish Studio!

I love this gym! It is a smaller gym, but that's just what I like! With the smaller gym there is no feeling of the pressures of the bigger competitors. There is rarely any wait for a machine and if you don't know how to use a machine the staff is happy to show you. The gym is open 24 hours and you use your key tag to get into the building when it isn't during "office hours". They have hot yoga classes that are very popular and definitely worth a try. The spin and TRX classes run about an hour and are a good way to get a quick full body workout in. I have not personally had any billing issues with this health club. The atmosphere is welcoming, the locker rooms and fitness areas are very clean and well kept, and the staff is very easy to talk to about health and fitness.
