We met at my place and worked out for about 45 minutes. She brought her own equipment and tools like music, resistance bands and knee pads for us. Before we began exercising we discussed what areas I want to work on and how I preferred to be trained. She would show me and then ask me to try the exercise as well. I asked that she work out along side me and that made me feel more comfortable. After one or two reps, she would critique my form and then we'd continue. She encouraged me to try these exercises on my own as well.

Rather than blowing smoke in people's face I prefer to be real, genuine, fun-loving and up-lifting. Plain and simple. If I can show you some movement, and explain some theory to you in a way that in a way that I think you'll understand than I'll feel successful and if you take the knowledge and run with it then you will as well.
