I'm very pleased to be training with Jaisen. He arrived on time and was ready to get started. Our 1st training session was very effective. Jaisen is really Serious about getting you the results you desire and he's very knowledgeable in his craft of Training and he even offers tips on weight loss. Jaisen is compassionate, caring and concerned about your training and weight loss concerns. And for that I'm glad I found him.
I've been training with Dewayne once a week for nearly 5 months. I don't love exercising but of course always feel better when in shape. Dewayne is supportive and pushes me just enough. He's not judgmental when I miss my goals, rather, he gently encourages me to move forward. I would highly recommend Dewayne for personal training.
I've been working with Niko for the last 3 or so years and my experience gets better and better every week. He has turned my hatred of going to the gym into such a positive experience. I never thought that at any point in my life i would own a pair of pink boxing gloves, and now, i don't know how i could ever work out without them. Working with him has made me feel so much better, healthier and stronger than i ever imagined i could become. Being able to do regular pushups (more than 5 and sometimes fancy ones) has always been a goal i couldn't acheive. Not the case any more. His style of training makes you feel comfortable and confident and it leads me to want to challenge myself in ways i didn't think i could. All in all, i couldn't have asked to be partnered up with a better trainer years ago.
We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
Charles is an excellent trainer. He's very engaging and incredibly intuitive when it comes to working out and his clients' needs (and he's great at catering to them, too). He's also a perfect match for my training style because he's able to make what you're doing fun while simultaneously paying close attention to your form and adjusting when necessary; he's able to balance distraction and precision in a way that is incredibly effective and something I haven't seen before with any other trainers. It's great for me because it doesn't feel like I'm working out until the next day when my muscles are sore (in a good way). He's also is very flexible and willing to work with peoples' disparate schedules and budgets, so, a win win all around. Definitely would recommend giving this one a shot.
During the third year I was training with Rhonda, I underwent a joint resection in my shoulder. As an adjunct to the physical therapy I needed, I continued to work with Rhonda, albeit on a slightly modified schedule. During that time, she helped me stay on track with the cardio and other strength training we had been focusing on, while still protecting the shoulder while I regained my full pre-surgery range of motion. Another client of hers and I nicknamed her the "the serial abs killer" while we were comparing notes after our respective training sessions. Rhonda is a very caring professional who always encourages her clients to be the best they can be. She possesses a wonderful skill of identifying weaknesses and then finding multiple ways (some even fun) of addressing and overcoming them.
For the longest time I have been an avid runner and managed to keep my weight down without a gym or trainer. After experiencing shin pain and neglecting my upper body I sought out a trainer. After a 'functional movement assessment' I was prescribed exercises to correct imbalances from chronic running and it has helped me alleviate my shin splints and increase my upper body strength which even relieved my carpal tunnel pains. BONUS: boxing workouts & yoga!!
I joined my first gym over 30 years ago and have worked out consistently since. After four months of training with Maik, I have achieved the kind of results I haven't seen in years. Highly recommended.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! Evis has been my personal trainer for 4 months now and I have seen results in that time. His easy going and has a friendly personality that creates relaxed comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout different, challenging and most importantly, fun! I've learned a lot on kick boxing specially on how to kick properly, the different types of punches and how to block punches and kicks. He knows just how and when to encourage and when to push. I definitely recommend him without reservation. 👊
I have been training with Ulysse for a few months. I have used other person trainers in the past and he is by far the best. He has a great personality and he really motivates me to push beyond my usual limits and just not in our training sessions. I take what I get from our sessions and use it when I'm doing my own workouts at the gym. I highly recommend him. He's awesome!
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
Brenda is amazing and an absolute life saver. She is professional, committed, dependable and enthusiastic. I loathe to exercise, but knew I had to find a way to get back to being consistent and I couldn't do it on my own. I used Thumb Tack and found Brenda. She came to my apt. 3 times a week for the last 8 weeks. She always had a way to engage me and get me motivated. I did a lot of complaining and she rolled with it and met me where I was. She was always encouraging and changed the workout to suit my ability and mood. No matter how difficult I was she just supported me and I began to get more motivated. Brenda went to the gym with me, took walks, we did a lot of stairs, and had great routines when she trained me in my apt. My favorite was boxing! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Brenda. She also knows about diet and nutrition and has given me easy to follow suggestions. I look forward to continuing... I can already see my body changing, but more importantly I feel better than I have in many years! Thank you, Brenda!
Ratul is a incredible personal trainer. He is also flexible with time and locations! I've worked with him for a couple weeks now and have seen incredible results. The workouts he creates are never the same and are fun and engaging but not so intense that you want to give up. He's by no mean easy though! I highly recommend Ratul for personal training.
Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. He is so committed to helping me have the best quality of life and so well versed on many things I trust him implicitly and consider him part of the core team working to make me better. I've had the oppty to work with trainers in many states who were all supposedly the best and can say that Kevin is in a league of his own. He is so creative and comes up with a different ways to challenge me, make it fun, change it up, incorporate things to help build core and posture overall and bring things into the mix like boxing that he knows I really like. I truly look forward to our sessions and always feel better afterwards, it's been great to see the progress and my doctors are thrilled that I was so lucky to find him- he has blown away any expectations. Whether you have health challenges or are training for the army or wanna look good for your wedding or the summer bathing suit season Kevin will not only help you achieve your goals but will quickly become part of your way of life. Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.
When I first met Erika, I had just set out to attempt my first ever sprint triathlon. Up to that point, I had been exercising on my own and lost over 100 lbs. I still needed lots of training and only 8 weeks until the race. What Erika then did for me was above and beyond what I could have done on my own. We began training; building powerful muscles and developing balance and stability. She even helped with nutrition planning and recovery tips. I completed my first sprint triathlon but felt my result was lackluster. For a first timer, this was normal. The next day I quickly signed up for another sprint triathlon for that summer. Once we began training for that, Erika amazed me yet again. The training sessions became much more intense. She provided solid motivation to keep up my mental strength. We built lots of explosive muscle and incredible cardio stamina. I finished the 2nd triathlon in the top 50% overall. It felt amazing. The training also translated well in my other hobby, soccer. The results were very real.
