I thought I will just do it on my own at home. I started looking at some home gym equipment, and I thought I will just get an online trainer to help me, or do it on my own.all this searching went on for weeks. but after searching for equipment , I knew I was in trouble on my own , it wasnt going to work , and an online coach wouldn't work for me either. like I said , I never thought I would go to a big gym, let alone get a personal trainer. somehow thumbtack popped up , it may have been on facebook , or during my Google searches. so I posted on thumbtack I was looking for a personal trainer to help me, I posted that I was way overweight , and I wanted to lose it and work towards getting in shape, by improving my fitness and work towards abdominals , chest and arms , just all of it. I cant believe I posted that but I did. James messaged me and said he would like to work with me , and that he could help me. what I cant believe, is I walked through the door a few days later yup! had a great consultation with James and a light workout to see what I could do . he explained along the way what he was doing and what I was to do in the light workout, and if I got tired or couldnt finish we would stop . he is good he knows how to make you at home and confident , and with me that's a challenge. I signed with James and I'm starting this week 8-19-25 . once he gets me to the point of losing weight as he is also a certified nutrition coach , and works out a fitness plan for me , I might even agree to post some pictures of working towards my goal with his help of getting me towards being in my best shape possible . I highly recommend James , he is great ! he knows just the right training methods to help gain confidence and keep you motivated. if you need that kind of help he is the one. I lacked both confidence and motivation , after my first full workout session , I was hooked I LOVE it !
